Permalip Implants 5mm, 33 Transwoman

So, everyone assures me that they are in fact bigger... but I’m still not happy with them. I liked them the most when they were still swollen.

I’ll be having a lip lift in the near future though so I’ll see what that does for me.

I think I'm pretty much healed, so I wanted to post some before and after photos. Honestly, I don't see a whole lot of difference. They're a bit plumper, but also a bit more crooked. You can definitely feel the implant in your lips, and i still have numbness in my upper lip and around the border of my bottom lip... so for me I'm not sure that the procedure was really worth it. I'm not going to have it taken out or anything, i think it will be a nice base to build upon... because I'm probably going to find a doctor who will do Voluma in my lips and get a syringe in both. I really wish they made larger sizes of implant though, I would definitely go up. My friend who basically had no lips had a much better result than me, so I think you should keep that in mind and look at lots of before and afters.
