Expensive but worth it. Still very happy with the results a year later. Both before & afters are with the same implants, 650cc's high profile silicone gels.
I didn't think silicone rippled but they sure do if you dont have thick skin they'll show right thru so strattice was well worth the cost & pain.

Hi, looks like you work out. I'm pretty active and am concerned about the strattice and limitations.. surgery on Thursday and freaking out that ill never be able to do a pushup again..!! Any tips?

You won't be able to do chest for a while. Make sure everything is healed 1st. Not worth messing anything up after a hard recovery & spending so much money. I do push ups all the time now without a problem

Thank you :) My husband treats me like a queen & has been my biggest support with all these things going wrong.

Thank you! 650cc do look nice.
I love boobs! But I know the bigger the more complications you can get so I'm gonna enjoy these puppies & not get too crazy :)

Are you above or below muscle?

The implants were 1 year old. There was nothing wrong with them just my skin. If you get implants & after you realize you need strattice but are happy with the size & shape the doctors will only fix the problem without switching the implants.

Informative review...thank you for sharing! You look amazing, congratulations! Wondering why you didn't get new implants if you were getting surgery? It appears that you didn't need new ones but I don't hear of this method often. So glad you're happy with your results!

You look amazing! I have implants and look similar to your "before" picture. Several doctors I've seen aren't 100% sure strattice would even solve my problem. How many "sheets" of strattice were used and did the doctor put it on both sides? What was the recovery like? I am a petite woman who lifts weights and the thought of being out of the gym for months scares me!

I have 2 sheets on the right, 1/2 moon under & another rectangular on the medial area & just the 1/2 moon on left. Recovery was a [RS bleep] not even gonna lie. I had drains & a pain pump and I was still in pain. Was not allowed to lift my arms over my head for 6 weeks. I think it took me 9 months post to feel comfortable to start doing chest again very light. Now I do it all & it's fine. Push-ups, chest flies, press etc...
I wasn't expecting so much pain after the surgery, it was a surprise to me how difficult the recovery was.

Thank you for your honesty and kudos to you for waiting as long as you did to get back to a "full" workout. I can't believe the difference strattice made. You look fantastic!

How long did it take you to start doing cardio? Lower body? Some upper body?
December 10, 2015
I think I started going for walks after maybe 3 weeks, legs without weights (squats on a stability ball, plié squats & lunges 3-4 weeks & upper around the 3 month mark (nothing that contracted the chest).

Thank you :) Honestly after spending $12,000 & making it thru such a hard recovery the gym can wait. The last thing I wanted was to mess something up

I just got a revision with strattice. They look so high and feel so firm. Like barely any movement. I am 5 days out. Will they drop and get soft with time.
December 15, 2015
Absolutely! Look at my 5 week post picture & the ones from now. I kinda of wish they were a bit harder lol Do you have saline or silicone?
December 15, 2015
I got silicone. This Is my fourth surgery due to capsular contracture. I spent about 15 k on this one but i wanted to go to the best doctor that has experience with strattice. I would feel so blessed if i don't get cc. But I got concerned today as they weren't moving and looking too stiff. So I wanted to ask someone with experience that they will drop with time and feel more natural because this one girl here had an issue where hers didn't drop or get soft because of strattice
