Bad Experience with Rhinoplasty. Maryland, MD

I had a bad experience with a rhinoplasty. I had a big hook nose and went in for a nose job around 2007? I'm not sure, i was 16/17 at the time. I remember waking up and in my drug state saying "Thank you sooo much Doctor" and I remember him replying "let's see how it goes" or something vague like that. I remember feeling worried but then falling back asleep.
Fast forward a week and when he took off my cast he literally put his leg up on me in order to get support and pulllleddd it! All of a sudden the cast came off and blood rushed down my nose. It was probably the worst pain i've ever experience in my life. I laid down a little and when i sat back up my nose had a hump, which he said had to be massaged down (which was extremely painful). Anyways, my nose ended up crooked. Instead of having a hump it was not straight from the profile but crooked up front "twisted nose syndrome."
In addition, he had never looked "under" my nose and i had a lot of difficulty breathing. Needless to say i ended up finding Dr. Daniel Becker in New Jersey for a revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty and he did a fantastic job. I drove 3 hours each way for each appointment to him because it wasn't worth the pain and money of going to a doctor who isn't skilled in rhinoplasty. Dr. Becker did such a great job he asked to use a picture of my nose for a topic of a twisted nose, because my nose was so twisted!
Also, really quick story- When it was time for Dr. Becker to take off my cast i became anxious and sweat profusely, i was scarred by waht happened my first time. However, Dr. Becker gently peeled it off, no blood, no pulling with all his might. That shows me that Dr. Becker knew what he was doing and that's how it should have been done the first time!!!
