I am currently a very small 34b 135 lbs and 5'4". i have hopes of being a large C but preferably a small D. I am crazy nervous and excited. Mostly just nervous about the anesthesia, seeing as I've never been under before but otherwise just plain excited! I've wanted this for as long as I can remember and really just can't believe it's actually happening! I've already had my consultation and we've decided to go with 400 cc silicone under muscle. I would like a very natural look, and really hope 400 is enough to take me to the size I want.

There are surgeons who do the surgery while you're awake. They use local anesthesia. I'm scared of general, as well. Just wondering...you and I have the same type of breasts...have you looked into subglandular? I was told at my consults not to do sub muscular or I would get a snoopy deformity because of the post baby sag.

Hi! Yes I did a little research on the local. 1 thing is the surgeon I'm going to does not offer it, but with the research I've done it siunds to me like overall general is safest, less likely of feeling any pain during and less pain After. I also read somewhere that placement is better with general. I guess it probably all depends on your surgeon but I'm not willing to take any chances! I knew before hand that I wanted to do below muscle for a more natural look and my Dr. Also recommended that this would be the best placement for me. I have a friend who's breasts were very similar to mine including sag, and hers came out awesome? So here's to hoping! I'll have to. Check out snoopy deformity as I haven't reAlly heard about that. I am a little concerned about muscle deformity tho because I am quite muscular.

Hi there. We have very similar stats. I got 345cc and I got a full D. I am a 32 band but would be a good C in a 34. Check your actual band width. I always thought I was 34 till I started researching this. Have a look at my review. I think we are quite similar(although I'm a bit older) Happy to answer any questions

Thanks x. I spent a fair bit of time with 2 or 3 different bra sizes and wearing them with rice sizers. Gave me confidence in the size I eventually chose. Good luck.

I'm also scheduled for January andam going with 400cc, high profile, silicone, under the muscle. I didn't really pick what bra size I wanted just pics of what I wanted and that was the size we chose. Good luck with your surgery. I'm scheduled for a week after you and hope that the time goes by fast with the holidays coming up!

I know! The days can't go by fast enough! At least we picked a time of year that seems to fly by, I honestly can't believe how fast November is going by so that's good :)

We have very similar stats, I would go 500cc hp, you won't regret it:-)

well, I'm constantly on this site. It really is so helpful. I've been trying to narrow down my wishpics( which I got from this site,thanks girls!),because my preop is on dec 15th. I REALLY hope that we go over things much more thoroughly because I am so afraid of going the wrong size. There are just so many factors that go into what makes your size in the end. I originally thought I would only go 350 - 375 but now I know i want 400 just from reading how most people wish they'd gone bigger, i want them big but very natural, I'm also worried about being more on the muscular side and having muscle deformity, I'm doing unders.

I'm at 3 weeks and haven't noticed any muscle deformity. Although I haven't started full fledged working out yet so I don't know for sure. I do know things like vacuuming feel very weird because you're using that muscle! I had dual plane technique, and I think my PS said that cuts down on muscle deformity too ?? I'm not positive though, might be worth asking you PS??

Yep today was my preop, crazy feeling to sign over that check and sign those papers, that was the most I've EVER spent on myself!! Lol. I'm getting soooo excited now!a lot of my nerves were eased by my meeting w dr today, she really is great, never rushes me and is very patient with al my questions. She is also very no nonsense and tells you how it is which I really do appreciate. We decided on definitely doing the 400s and that I have to go with the UHPs cause of my BW. Gotta say that scared me a bit but she said that is the best option for the size I'm going so I'm just trusting her. Anybody out there w stats close to mine that have gotten UHPs?? Just want them very natural looking :-/ makes me a bit nervous

I have UHP's because of my breast width. 480's.....take a look. I am taller than you.
How exciting for you! Will you have someone to help you the first few days post op? Here is a forum of members also awaiting their January 2015 breast augmentation surgery. Keep us posted as the day draws near!
Aw, you're not alone with your bf's reaction. His reaction is very common. I'm sure he'll come around later down the road, but this is about you and it's your decision. You're not doing this for him. Your kiddos will be more nervous that mom isn't "well" but if they know you're going to be fine, and will feel like you've pulled a muscle for a few days, they'll be good in the long run too. Hoping you continue to get great support from the community. We all love to talk about boobs here! ;)
