3rd to last set!
It's been too long but I'm on my 3rd to last set of trays! Just put them in today, they are tight for sure. I have definitely seen a difference and feel so much more confident about my smile. I am so pleased and excited for the end in sight!
Noticing changes
I just got done brushing my teeth and I feel like I'm starting to see a change. Here are you some pictures I just took!
1D trays
Changed into 1D trays last night right before I went to bed and took ibuprofen. I woke up this morning with not as much pain as I expected. My last trays were killer so I was expecting a similar experience but I only have pain on my bottom front and right canine. I feel like I am starting to NOTICE a difference which makes me happy :) People have mentioned that they have noticed a change as well so that is encouraging. Not much to report today, next appointment is 12/29!
