I'm Never Wearing a Shirt Again… Jacked at 40!
Ive spent the majority of my life type1 diabetic and morbidly obese… topping out at 315lbs. Over the last few years I've dropped down to 171lbs and 12.8% body fat. Looking in the mirror, I am unfortunately still a fat ass. Saggy skin, left over man boobs and a belly that you can't tell if its an ass or my abs.
Im getting a tummy tuck and the man boobs have to go! I'm nervous. I'm excited. I'm flat out petrified.
I can vividly remember being 13 years old and the cute freckled girl on the side of the pool yelling, "watch out…. here comes tittie boy". Since then I've always swam with a shirt on.
So here I am…. 39, with a goal to be Jacked at 40… and never wear a shirt again!

Pre-op and physical complete :)
I had my physical monday and my pre-op today. Everything went really well. Im getting very excited to do this. Dr. Macias, his nurse Tammy and the entire staff at Marina Plastic Surgery are great. I was there much longer than my appointment time due to the fact that they took extra time to answer every single question i had, in detail. They were super cooperative and helpful in securing my financing as well. They really have a knack for making you feel comfortable at all levels. 12 days out!
