WORTH IT
Well, it's been 4 Months since my BR and I'm still feeling great! Although they are not as small as I'd like, I'm still pleased. I have only worn underwrite bras a couple of times but keep going back to soft, elastic band bras like Hanes Comfort flex because they don't irritate my scars underneath. I also stopped wearing bras while I sleep but I do wear tank tops with a bra shelf for a little support. One of the greatest things for me is being able to wear a triangle top bikini for the first time in my life! Heading to Newport today for kayaking and ready for some fun in the sun! I hope you're all doing great!!

14 Weeks Post Op
Hi ladies, it's been 14 Weeks since my BR and I am still very pleased with my results. My right breast is still a bit larger than my left, but that's how they always were so no shock there! I'm still wearing sports bras or any bras without underwrite but I'm hoping to start wearing more 'lifting' bras soon because at 52, I don't want to end up with that sag look. Any suggestions? I hope you're all doing great and are being patient with your recoveries! Btw, my tan lines are from wearing my first EVER triangle top bikini last weekend! Hee hee All the best, Shannon

Natori has a Whisper bra that is lightly lined and the wire is hardly noticeable. Very comfortable.
Thank you! I'll be sure to check it out. :)
Thanks for posting along the way it really helps so we can compare our results with each other. It helped me a lot. I'm hoping in two more weeks I will have turned a corner. And I getting those creams
Well congratulations on you BR and I wish you a safe and healthy recovery! As you can see, it's been 4 Months since mine but I understand how tough it is those first few weeks! Best advice I can give you is be patient and be good to your body with lots of rest and use BioCorneum cream on your scars if you can find it. It really worked for me and my scars are minimal. All the best to you! Shannon
Thank you

Hi girls, it's been a while since I posted an update so here ya go....It's been 12 Weeks tomorrow since my BR and I feel great! No pain at all and my breasts have finally settled down and incisions have loosened up. A little swollen right now due to my period but I'm getting closer to that full C as I had hoped for! Looking good. Happy Healing ;-)
Thanks so much and to you too! :)
Great for you Shannon! Can't wait til I get there! ;)
This is such an inspirational picture, thank you! I'm only 4 days out, but looking forward to looking like this!
Awwww, thanks so much! You will get there, I promise. There were days in the first few weeks I was really sad about how uncomfortable I was and sad that I wasn't as small as I wanted to be. I'm really happy now and understand that it takes a long time for our bodies to heal and adjust. Hang in there! :)
They turned out AWESOME!
Thank you so much! You look fantastic also so congratulations! :)
Thanks for sharing your journey. I'm scheduled for my BR Monday June 6. Hoping I have a great outcome. You look amazing.
