PERFECT Results, Great Friendly Doctor & Staff, Extremely Pleased Patient! - Marina Del Rey, CA

I had been incredibly unhappy and self conscious with the size of my chest for as long as I could remember and, intent on not wanting a foreign object in my body (I had no moral objection to plastic surgery, but was upset that the one thing I wanted done required something permanently residing), tried all sorts of mental exercises and online support groups etc and could NOT come to terms. It was deeply affecting my romantic life as well due to my insecurities. I finally decided to just go for it and got a rec for Dr Stevens from a family friend and I cannot express enough how happy I am that I did this and that Grant Stevens was the surgeon. The results are PERFECT and I'm so glad I did it!

I was pretty intimidated and nervous going into this experience, but the whole experience with both Dr Stevens and, just as importantly, the whole staff was so great. Everyone was super friendly and polite and accommodating. Like most people, I hate going to the doctor, but this didn't feel like doctor appointments. You are doing something elective to jazz yourself up and it's like treating yourself, so you may as well enjoy the experience. I feel like their office had a positive enjoy-yourself sort of attitude that made me feel more comfortable. Also, I felt appreciated as a patient coming to them and using their offices and surgeons, like they were grateful that of all the places in LA one could go, I chose them. This was a really great feeling since you are paying so much money and going to go through an entire surgery and process with their team.

I also really like that their office is in Marina del Rey, out of the kerfuffle and pretentiousness of Beverly Hills. This really added to the comfort level, especially since the surgeries are done across the street and driving to a surgery center right near the beach and seeing the coast before your procedure is a fantastic way to calm down. Both the office and surgery center aren't stressful places to go in terms of both driving and parking. Just driving through Beverly Hills is enough to make me want to rip my hair out and in a slightly stressful thing like a surgery, that is the last thing you want to mentally deal with.

The nurse was also phenomenal in responding to my emails after my procedure. She was responding at all hours incredibly fast to my messages. This immediately alleviated any anxieties that would come up, which was fantastic, since you are a bit wonked out during recovery.

When I went in for my 1 year mark check-up, being in that office again made me feel good, as the whole experience was so smooth and the results so fantastic. I am someone who really appreciates a good environment, not just the good work, and this office takes the cake for me. I will recommend anyone and everyone who requests a rec for a surgeon to go to this office. Your experience will be great!!!
