My Amazing Experience W/ Dr. Luis Macias

I knew for years that one day I'd have breast augmentation, it was just a matter of when, so when the time was right I started what I thought would be the overwhelming, back and forth process of finding the perfect physician for my needs. Overwhelming, it was not! I had been eyeing Marina Plastic Surgery as I knew a few people who had procedures done by a colleague of his in the same practice. I perused Real Self and what stood out to me about Dr. Macias in particular was the feedback regarding his natural looking results (priority #1) and overall integrity (priority #2). I decided to make an appointment asap and was in his office just a short week later. Naturally I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect, but I found the doctor to be thorough, kind and genuinely invested in his patients. He answered every single question, addressed my concerns (I had plenty) and sat with me until I couldn't think of anything else! Something I also appreciated is that he gave me his honest opinion and direction on what would work best for me and my body makeup. Having had a small chest my entire adult life, I was anxious to get some large sized implants, but he assured me that he understood the look that I was trying to achieve, what would be best and he was absolutely right. I left my appointment at ease, confident in him and with an overwhelming feeling that I had found my doctor. Everything from that point forward was a breeze: from scheduling my surgery date, to pre-op, both his scheduling assistant, Sylvia, and medical assistant, Tammy, couldn't have been more kind and helpful throughout the months leading up to my big day. Not once did I second guess my decision or feel unprepared, I knew I was in great hands and that I'd be well taken care of from start to finish. This high level of attentiveness and professionalism carried through to my surgery date and beyond and I couldn't be happier with my results and decision to put my trust in Dr. Macias. The first few weeks post-op were tough, which is to be expected, but the doctor and his team were there for me every step of the way until I healed completely. I was a full A (is there such a thing?), had 310 gummy bears placed under the muscle, transaxillary style (his specialty) and am now a full C, small D-cup. I'm officially 9 weeks post-op today and am absolutely in love with my results! Seriously, they're perfect. Women are constantly complimenting my cleavage and in disbelief when I tell them my secret, they look THAT great and best of all, natural. I encourage any one who is in the beginning stages of breast augmentation to do themselves a favor and set up a meeting with Dr. Macias.
