BA 500cc silicone under muscle with pics

Hello, well I am 5'3" 160 lbs size 8-9 in clothes and wear 36B bra padded. No lift recommended, breast symmetrical, no health issues just a desire to fill out my bra and be more flattering to my eye in tops! Well I was initially recommended by my friend who went to him 3 times to get hers done and each time had a good experience. She is a personal trainer so very fit. Then I was told he was a good BA doctor by someone I was speaking to in general who also had hers done. I looked and searched the Internet to find bad reviews or so so reviews on Dr Colgrove but there aren't many especially regarding BA. So I made an apt 20 days ago for consult which was very easy, beautifully quaint waiting room, smiling and nice staff. After doing a 3d breast image on their machine and watching short BA video and looking through 2 picture albums of BA.....the assistant came in to try on sizes and look at 3d images. Once you have narrowed down your future size she called for Dr Cologrove who presents with a calm demeanor, smile, and takes a few measuments, looks at 3d images, and discusses you ultimate goal. He told me what he could do comfortable and then answered my questions and it was over. Before you leave they give you their prices then tell you where to go to get lab work and after that's done you can schedule your surgery. I came back another day with some of my tshirts and blouses to re try on sizes and changed my initial thoughts. I am scheduled for surgery this week Thursday 5/21/2015. I have a pre op again this week to pay, paperwork, prescription, and confirm sizes. At that pre op I have to speak to DR Colgrove 1 more time before I go forward with it and pay. I want to ask him about final look I'm shooting for with moderate profile plus or high profile? I desire a natural look with cleavage. Soooo we will see how it goes...

Hello Boobie Followers, smiles! Well today I was feeling anxious and called into Dr Colgrove's office and spoke with nurse about really wanting to speak to Dr Colgrove again. Even though she was willing and capable of answering my question at my scheduled pre op appt tomorrow, she let me come in today and speak with him personally because tomorrow he would be in surgery all day. Everything went well, the doctor was pleasant and re affirming of the surgery and ultimately put the control in my hands because it's my body, which I like of course with some guidance from him. So I signed all standard papers and proceeded to pharmacy to get my prescription filled. Today was a good day.. But I'm still undecided about size between 475,500,525cc moderate plus. My chest is a 14.3 so I'm good either way and my breast are even. So the Doctir said it's rare but I have very little stipulations because my breast are even, no lift needed, good chest size so I can do moderate plus or high profile. I left feeling good about my natural self and about the self I was trying to create. He did explain that there was very little difference overall visually in projection of high profile vs moderate. High profile sticks out front more but he said with the way my natural breast is perky that it will not be much of a difference to an ungrounded eye.
