38 Year Old, 125 Lbs Weight Loss

Doing well. I go to the doctor once a week and get cleaned up of stray stitches and what not. I was cleared to go back to working out which makes my heart sing. Still have to be drained about once a week with a Giant needle but it’s not all that bad. What a great team of folks I found in this surgeon!

I feel a bit more like myself everyday. I’m always at my best when I first wake up. By the end of the day I’m uncomfortable and sore. My breast tissue is healing nicely. I did notice a small hole under both breasts this morning but I cleaned it well and am not going to worry about it unless it grows.
I can not put into words how badly I want this last drain out. I don’t see it going anywhere in the near future. I am still putting out about 50-70 or more. I spent the weekend sitting on my butt and trying to not move and I still have not reduced my fluid output. I can tell but wonder if it is tied to a nasty sinus infection that I got right after surgery. Who knows. It looks like me and his drain are going to be partners for a whiles
I am stand up strait pretty well. This has helped tremendously with my back pain and I think this alone has contributed to about 75% of my feeling better.

Slowly progressing I guess. I up’ed my protein to crazy amounts to help the skin heal. My breasts are so tender. Any time the fabric brushes against the areola it makes me cringe. I got one drain out but I don’t see getting the second one taken out any time in the near future. My fluid production is crazy high. I got a sinus infection the day I came one from the hospital and its not getting any better. The dr give me an Antibiotic so maybe that’ll kick in soon. Just feeling slightly down from constant discomfort and sinus drainage. I know this shall pass though. Maybe at the three week mark I will feel a little more myself.
