hi so I have taken the last step after a two hour surgery I woke up with a great perky butt butt the best an unexpected of all ......HARDLY ANY PAIN !

Hi I am 28 years old and desperate for a perky butt. I am satisfied with the rest of me but my backside is destroying my self esteem.I don’t want an unnatural feel for my buttocks but it seems I do not have sufficient fat to have it done with my fat only.
I am very nervous about all this, I have heard some negative things about butt implants but god I want that butt!!
I had a consultation with Cirumed half a year ago, send them my wish pics and the doctor just said that it would be totally impossible to have mine done with only fat. I would need to gain ridiculous amounts of fat or have implants together with fatgrafting.
I have seen many results of Dr.Aslani’s work and he seems very good, although I am clear that things can always go wrong in the best of hands. I just stay positive !
I will have oval implants and fatgrafting, I hope to flash my new butt here soon.
