40 Year Old, 159lbs, 5'4", Breast Fed Subglandular Implants

Its been a while so. I thought I should post a photo of the final result. Overall I am happy with them. I lost most of my nipple sensation and also most of my breast sensation which has left them tender or sensitive to being played with. Its an odd feeling and I have not been back to the Dr to address the issue.

So silicone is not what I expected in comparison to saline. Saline deffinetly felt firm and perky. I find that the silicone implants are still firm but they feel heavy and saggy. That’s my personal opinion comparing since I have had both. I can also say that my silicone implants are larger that the saline ones I had previous.

I am yet to feel sexy with my new boobies since I still have a noticeable difference in size. Because of the size difference I am also having a hard time finding bras, one breast is probably a DD and the other a C cup so this is the issue. I go back to see the surgeon to discuss this in June. We will see how that goes. For now, it’s just one day at a time, I just try to make the best of it. I have found some Bali wire free bras in the US. I had a friend recommend going to the Hanes outlet store and that’s where I found them. They are very comfortable!

If anyone has a suggestion for good underwire bras here in Canada, Manitoba to be specific that would be appreciated!

It’s about 6 weeks since my surgery. One side is still larger and firmer, feels thicker. I had my follow up appointment with my surgeon on Jan 5, I go back in 6 months to see how the left breast is doing. I’m not sure and don’t want to think ahead but I really hope I don’t need to attend that appointment and that this breast is still swollen due to the extra scar tissue. I have included some pictures. I can’t wear tight tops which kind of sucks.
