Dr Levi John Lansangan of Dr Shimmian Aestheic Center is very patient and very kind. He pays great attention to detail and gets back to you in a timely manner. I had to reschedule but he made sure to make me his first patient the next day. He listened to all of my concerns regarding what I didn't like about my nose and what I wanted to alter. I'm am still pretty early in the healing process but I think he delivered. He is very approachable and whenever I have any concerns he promptly answers my questions. Nurse Renzelle was great; she helped me out in many ways. She called a grab car for me when I wasn't able to grab a taxi didn't think I'd be able to make it to the clinic. She has good bedside manner and gave me a lot of advice about traveling in Manila. There was never a long wait whenever I visited the Shimmian clinic and most importantly, I felt safe in their hands!
