I am sitting with my MAC on my lap and so many words in my head that I really don’t know where to begin. Okay, ladies, here I go. Dr. Andrew Jacono is it – the alpha and the omega. He is a brilliant, skilled beyond belief, effervescent doctor with an office staff who complements him to the tee - from the young women at the reception desk to the office manager to the operating room nurses and his fellow, Dr. Lucas Bryant. Dr. Jacono took me by the hand to drink from the fountain of youth. I am going forward in my life full-steam-ahead with my new face. I had a facelift, lateral temporal lift, lip lift, SMAS lip graft, and eyelid lift. These procedures gave me the youthful, vibrant, hormone-filled looking face that I had years ago. I don’t feel like just an aging face in the crowd; I feel like I stand out as a woman who has taken the extra steps to look the best that she can. With the sagging, tired-looking face that I had, I didn’t know how I could go on. I didn’t even like looking in the mirror. Dr. Jacono created the face of the senior-citizen female of the future. We feminists from the sixties are supposed to be completely satisfied with what God gave us. We are surely not inclined to make pleasing the opposite sex our chief goal; nevertheless, it is a few days away from 2018. The knife is there for the using. Do it for yourself, and, most importantly, select Dr. Jacono to be your surgeon. He didn’t spend so many years of studying and training to have his miracles be wasted. You will feel like you could conquer the world, just as I do. We still have so much to do in life. For me, the first matter of business is a revision rhinoplasty, by Dr. Jacono, of course.
