This garment worked wonders for me !! I went from a large to x-small , each cost $130 , sooo worth it !!! I couldn't eat that much while wearing, just the normal portion size food , so I was 184lbs last year then lost about 40 pounds doing insanity with my boyfriend, and a little bit of other workouts , not killing myself either, i got rid of my two favorite foods PIZZA N CHINESE ***** now I'm 123 with three children!! Slim waist feeling great !!!

As for the surgery , the most horrible feeling ever ... I never felt numbness and sweeping like this in my life ! I was in bed for 7 days , I still can't bend or stretch far ! Be prepared bc it's like being at your ninth month pregnant every day ! But it's well worth it if you chose your surgeon carefully!
