Urgent Help! Scar treatment hurts

4 days ago I started using biocorneum (silicone gel) that was recommended by my PS. Last night I felt a stabbing sensation in my right breast. And then every time I move feels like cutting through my lower incision with a knife. I slept in a sitting position since I'm scare to move, I don't want to feel that again. I took a shower this morning thinking that I had to remove the gel but didn't work. I applied A +D cream, not working either. I literally can't walk since if my boob moves I get that knife-cutting pain.

Anybody has any idea how to remove the silicone gel?

Surgery done!! Dec 18th

Since everything I read here helped me to be prepared for my own journey, I'll share my experience as well. On Dec 18th, 2015 I arrived at the hospital in the Bronx at 10 am. They immediately started prepping me for the Operating room, I changed into a gown, they put the IV which was extremely painful because it was an specific tube and it was bigger than usual. They took my pressure, did pregnancy test, etc. The nurse was very talkative and very nice. When she was done, she let my fiancé come in. We were there for about 30 minutes when the nurse came back saying they were ready and that I needed a shot to my arm to prevent blood clotting (I felt it burned my whole arm). I was transported downstairs to the OR but waited in front of it since they were getting everything ready. My PS came to me and did the markings and we talked about the size and my expectations all over again, then I met the anesthesiologist and told him I didn't want to feel nauseous. PS told me surgery will be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs (exactly what I told my family). Once in the OR my PS takes out his iPad and turn music on while the anesthesiologist is putting me out. The first bit of anesthesia made me feel like I was throwing up immediately and I was able to tell them before falling asleep, so they gave me something else. I remember my PS grabbing my hand and telling me to stay calm that everything was going to be ok. Next thing I remember he was waking me up asking me if I wanted to take a look at my new boobs. I said "of course" and looked down and they were soooo tiny, I smiled and went back to my "post anesthesia" mood.

I asked my PS to go and tell my fiancé which he did. I also asked him how much he took from each breast, and was told 1 pound from each and he also told me that the surgery took 4 hours because it was like "cutting through cement" because my breast was very very dense and he wanted to make sure I ended up as tiny as I wanted but with healthy breast tissue.

I cannot be happier with the results! I can't believe they are that small and pretty. Drains are going to be removed on Wednesday and I guess that's when I can take a better look and try old clothes on.

3 days away from the big day! Time to post before pics

I'm a perfectionist and I research every single step I take. I researched plastic surgeons for the longest and even though Dr. Roland haven't received many reviews in this website, I was delighted by his before and after pictures and decided to take a leap of faith and have my breast reduction surgery with him. I cannot be more pleased with my results!! He far exceeded my expectations. After all my research and worries I can say that my destiny led me to Dr. Roland. Bedside manners are A plus. He called me at night on the day of the surgery and then the next day which was a saturday to make sure I was ok and to let me know I can call him on his cel at any time. The most important thing, I'm very happy every time I look at myself.
