Hi sweetheart. I'm sorry it has all been so rough. I'm sure you are disappointed and, angry, too. Please don't give up on yourself and call yourself names--you are worth so much more than the sum total of your breasts. I would be so discouraged too...Although differently than you, I know a little bit about revisions and disappointment. It appears that there are a few reputable docs out there who specialize in revisions. Try not to think of everything all at once. I know it's hard...one foot in front of the other, one little baby step at a time, and you can make it to the other side. Good luck.

Bigger implant in bigger breast!!!
Went to a different surgeon for a revision, because I knew my breasts weren't THAT asymmetrical! But Dr Rapaport insisted there was on;t a 5cc difference in implant sizes... The next surgeon checked TWICE, and it turned out that Dr. Rapaport filled the bigger breast with 25cc's more than in the smaller breast. I only wish he was honest with me.
But things got worse with my revision of his revision... I am now left with one breast lower and "window shading" as well as an incision that is below my bra. I'm really questioning the ability of plastic surgeons. Where are they hiding the competent ones?
At this point, after the second revision at a cost of 14k I am literally ruined. NYC is loaded with bs plastic surgeons, and I am once again unhappy with my results. Perhaps now more than ever. Thanks!

I see you live in NY! I live in PA and I went to Baltimore Maryland to have my breast fixed; I found a PS on here; his name is Dr. Schreider; he did my revision surgery; I have beautiful results! Look him up!

Thank you. I will check him out. I'm very wary. I feel like I have chosen great surgeons that have clearly sucked on my surgery day.
I think that I've had bad luck and that I'm never going to have decent breasts. It's over for me.

Its not over.... there are plenty of talented surgeons out there. Just keep looking and asking. My surgeon provided his resume with his patient packet. Now that is impressive

I feel identical to you! Your not alone. please inbox me- there has to be a way. What we have been thru is inhumane and we shouldn't have to live like this.

You did not mention if you've had any second and third opinions. Most surgeons do not charge for consults so start calling.

I mean start looking for another surgeon ...there are plenty of great ones so no need to live with the problems.

What is window shading of pec muscle ? Never heard of it ! Your PS should pay for the revision, usually patient only pays anesthesia cost for a revision shortly after initial BA . Sorry XO XO

It's when the muscle is cut and heals to the capsule. When you flex your muscle an ugly line and double bubble appear. It hurts and it can't really ever be fixed. I have lost all confidence in plastic surgeons. If two top notch doctors lie and mess up and deflect responsibility- then who can I trust. Window shading is far worse than just bottling out. I'm heartbroken. I should change my name to "even uglier boobs"

Okay her name is " Dr. Lisa Casileth of Beverly Hills ." She's on this sight and has a video that talks about the pec disorder and how to fix it, it can be fixed, Read her original web sight , scroll around on it and you'll see all the breast problems people have and she explains why it happens and how to fix it, look for "Muscle deformity" She repairs it" What she says makes good sense ! She specializes in repairs and in reconstruction !! Don't loose hope ! You just need someone who knows about your specific problem and is experienced in frequently repairing this type of problem :)

I used to feel the same way you feel, read my story. I had multiple surgeries if I didn't feel it was over for me it's def. Not over for you.

I read your story, you didn't have any complications. I have bottoming out and window shading on one breast. Also both scars are too low, so they show in swimsuit tops. One is an inch below my bra. Like I said- It's over for me. I've been hacked by a lady surgeon.

It is incidents like this that we need cost protections from. True this is elective surgery but without consumer protection we are at risk

Your so right and couldn't have said it better! I too am disgusted at how there isn't any protection for us at all. If only I knew back then what I knew now. I think most of us go into this not realizing that a u.s board certified plastic surgeon who has many years experience is capable of actually botching a patient. We often hear horror stories of people who get work done out of the county and end up botched but wow I never realized that there are a good amount of horror stories here as well!
