Dr Freund
I thought I would write a review on Dr Freund, his staff and his office, for any one who was considering a procedure in the Manhattan area.
I think Dr Freund is a skilled and knowledgeable surgeon, he has created a very 'natural look' for me, I think this is something that sets him above many other surgeons. He is also friendly and professional. He is busy, but I guess this is a reflection of his popularity, despite this his staff are all extremely friendly, professional and they are always very helpful. His office, waiting area etc... is very nice indeed. Its smart, clean and professional in appearance.

Progress Update
I am 17 days post op. I thought I would write a list of pros and cons of my journey so far.
BREAST Augmentation:
Pros:
Fantastic shape, the implants were perfectly positioned from day one.
Nipple sensation normal for me from day one.
Incisions are healing nicely.
No constipation post op.
No problem sleeping at an incline.
Cons:
Burning pain, I was unable to take the strong pain relief. I could only take Tylenol.
Bruising, I had quite bad bruising, and still have residual bruising, but my guess is, this is because my implants are quite large for my frame and maybe because Dr Freund had to do quite a bit of work to achieve such a beautiful shape from day one. This is just a guess and I would take my beautiful shape over bruising any day.
Allergic reaction to glue on the tape and steri strips. the wounds have healed, scabbed and are now red, Dr Freund said these marks will disappear over time.
I found the stretchy strap and surgical bras very itchy, but I do have sensitive skin.
C-SECTION REVISION:
Pros:
The inverted area has vanished.
The stitching is so neat.
Revision scar no longer than previous scar.
Cons:
Swelling and numb area, swelling will go down and I am hoping my feeling comes back soon.
A couple of hard bumps above the stitching that can be seen through underwear, Dr Freund said these will disappear.
Over all, right now, I think both surgeries were well worth the pain and money!!
