First of all I would like to say, this site is amazing, I have followed a handful of lovely ladies through their procedures and it has given me the confidence to go ahead with my surgery. Here is my story. I am 5'2" and approx 105lb. After breast feeding for 26 months in total I have been left with what can only be described as two flat eggs, very depressing! Pre babies I filled a small D cup, while breastfeeding I was massive and my skin stretch big time and now I am a baggy A cup. I also have an inverted c-section scar, basically poor workmanship from the surgeon who delivered my second bundle of joy. So.... for the last four years I have been dreaming of restoring my breasts to their former glory lol! I have chosen my surgeon and in less that three weeks I will be undergoing a breast augmentation and c-section scar revision. I have my pre op consultation booked for next week and I am hoping to finalize my implant size then, at the moment I am thinking 339cc moderate profile, Natrelle. I will upload some wish pics and a photo of me pre op, any advice is welcome, thank you!

We have the same stats as far as height and weight, but I was only a B cup before and breastfed for over 6 years. I love my 350s. Check out my pics and story.

Hi Mamamel1974, Wow, what a story you have, I am delighted you have got through all that and now look amazing! I have learnt so much from reading your journal. I am so pleased you like your 350's, I am not sure I will end up as big as you are given I am only an A cup now, but I can hope!! I am looking forward to my pre op on Wed, I will discuss sizing and projection etc.... How do you feel about your projection? Does it suite your height and weight? It looks great in the photos! I think my PS is recommending the moderate plus projection for me.

Thanks. I love high profiles. I had sagging, so I couldn't imagine not having hp. I guess I was almost borderline for a lift, so hp gave me the projection I needed, and because of my tiny ribs, I couldn't have gone with 350 in mods because they are too wide, so to get a bigger implant in I needed the narrowness of hp. My revision doc had even said uhp, but there seems to be a lot less people out there who have that, so that concerned me a little. Also, I know I was an A cup after my babies. The tissue that might have been there was flattened, so I don't think I was an actual B before surgery, lol. And think about it -- I can wear either a 30F or a 30D bra comfortably, so let's say that averages 30DD, but visually that looks the same as a 34B/C if I wasn't measured properly at a good bra store.

I must be a little wider than yourself then, my PS has suggested I stick with his original choice for me, the 339s. He said this implant will give me a very nice shape and a good size for my frame. I am very excited, but sooo nervous!

My first ps wouldn't suggest larger for me also, but my revision doc was willing to try for 350 on the table, and it fit just fine. All I can say is that with mods, you will not have the projection of HP and your results may not look as big as your wish pics, but you should stick with what your doc suggests, of course. Did you show him these wish pics?

Hi, yes I showed Dr Freund my wish pic and he confirmed that his choice of 339's will give me my desired shape. I trust him! I am starting to feel super excited now!

Hi MomofTwo1986, Thank you so much. Yes, I am very excited but ridiculously nervous! I have a ton of questions for my PS on Wednesday at my pre op. I followed your story! You look so amazing, are you happy with your implant size and shape etc.... I would be so happy if I ended up with your shape and size. I am not sure if I will be as big as you are, but anything is better than my current size A.

Hi Ladies, I went to my pre op appointment on Wednesday. I found it very useful, for my breast augmentation we discussed the implant size and the shape that I am hoping to achieve. Dr Freund has put my mind at ease and convinced me the 339's moderate plus profile are the implants for me, apparently they will give me the shape I would like and the size will suit my body. Very exciting!
We also discussed my c-section scar revision, I am over joyed, Dr Freund said he will cut out the existing scar and stitch me back up, the new incision will only be 1cm longer, if that, and he will be able to get the area completely flat for me, no bumps on inverted areas. Just marvelous!
After seeing Dr Freund I spent quite some time with the very lovely Paula, She is the practice administrator, she gave me all my scripts, talked me through the do's and dont's and told me to stop worrying! I am a worrier!
I am officially booked in for surgery on Dec 16th at 11.30am. I would rather an earlier time, I am going to be incredibly nervous on the day, to wait the whole morning is not going to be good for my sanity!

Good luck on your journey! Did you get to try on the implants? I found that was what helped me pick a size the best. It can make you go crazy! I know I was a wreck! I was a deflated b before and got 375/400 mentor silicone which is comparable to the 339/371 natrelle style (in dimensions). With you being so small that seems like it could give you a full look. I ended up being a DD. But they do not look like that under clothes. Good luck!

Hi Happy mama and wifey, thank you so much. Yes, I did try on the implants again, I found it pretty hard to judge what they would actually look like in terms of size and shape once in side me. But I trust Dr Freund knows his stuff! I did show him a wish pic and he knows the 'look' I am after so I am sure I will be super happy with the end result. I have also done the rice test at home, I have quite a small frame and I am quite active so I think 339's are probably the right choice for me. I really enjoyed following your story, you must be super happy!
