I have returned! I recently took my drain out(thank god!) Just to let you guys know that when traveling the NYC subway please have an early app to the doctor and take your time! Also, when sliding your metro card on the turnstile please do not let that hit you on the butt.....NO FUN!

Hello! I decided to write a review about my...
Hello! I decided to write a review about my procedures. I wanted to give credit and leave an awesome review about my doctor. I also want to help those who are considering a BBL or even a BBL the second time. In this review, I want to be able to be as detailed as possible and answer as many questions I receive. I know searching for a doctor can be such a nerve wrecking experience so I hope this specific review can help! Since I have not only done the BBL not once, but, twice, I will compare both experiences.
Reasons why I did BBL:
* I am 5'0 and I have very large natural breasts(34 DD) So, you can imagine how UN-proportional I looked. I look like I have breast implants and had a very flat butt. I wanted a BBL to make me look proportional and even me out.
* I had a typical apple shaped body. Seriously an apple with legs! After the first BBL, I was able to attain an hour glass figure!
Reasons why I had another BBL:
* I loved the results! I loved the body contouring he did and I love how my butt was not flat anymore.
*In all honesty, your body will absorb 10% to 20% of the new fat that is injected. My body did absorb some of my butt but, thankfully not significantly. I still had a butt, but it was just a smaller version. Keep in mind this is not the surgeon's fault because it depends on your body. ( Don't be discouraged!)
********FIRST BBL******
(I unfortunately do not have pictures of my before and after of my first BBL but, I will contact my doctor and ask for the pictures so I can be able to put up here and show you.)
My first BBL was 3 years ago. Dr Francis is a very caring doctor, he made me feel confident in this decision and what I like about him the most is that he really listens to you. At the time, I was about 20 years old so you can probably imagine I was so frightened and I have never been under the knife before.
After the time spent with him I decided to go ahead and schedule for surgery.
****SECOND BBL****
Now fast forward to now I decided I wanted another BBL. The reasons as stated above. I decided to go with Dr. Francis again because I trust him so much and he already did this the first time and I thought why not! The second consultation was fantastic again and we discussed in putting hips and a bigger butt. My surgery date is now scheduled on Monday the 22nd!
*******FIRST BBL SURGERY****
I paid $7000
*Took fat from love handles and stomach*
Dr.Francis staff is wonderful and they made me feel confident. In that time frame I was able to collect my medication that I needed for the surgery and I had to do some blood work. On the day of surgery I remember having it by the afternoon and being done very soon after. You could imagine I was so scared and wanting to back out, but I am grateful I had a support system(I hope you do as well!) I arrived to the clinic as early as possible. The staff again made me feel at ease and as soon as I knew it I was laying down on the surgery table ready for this....
I soon awoke with very sharp pain. I didn't know where it was coming from because you do feel it all at once. I felt extreme nausea and dizziness and had many tears. Pain scale was about an 8 out of 10. I just wanted to go home. I also had major bleeding and leaking so please don't be alarmed if you have the same.(It will be messy!) The nurses were of course so nice to help me get dressed and walked me to the car. I of course have to lay on my stomach and had to hold on tight for the bumpy ride. When I arrived home I immediately took my pain meds and went to sleep. It was brutal....

My surgery was at 6 am and I was so happy about that. The nurse that was tending to me was so nice and caring. This time I of course was not so nervous because obviously I did the BBL before. I knew what was already coming so I again laid down on the surgery table and hoped for the best!
I woke up with ZERO pain, no nausea and slight dizziness.(Interesting right?) I also noticed as soon as I woke up that I was already dressed which was awesome. I had zero leakage and bleeding and I didn't feel so bad. As soon and I got into the car I started to text and call people and I felt GREAT!
When I arrived home I was immediately chatting away and walking around. I also ate a bit and used the bathroom all by myself. I hope any of you who will do a second BBL have the same outcome as me!
I will stop my review here and go to sleep. I promise to keep updating you all on my status and I hope you really enjoyed this review so far! Here are some pics!

thanks I was wondering how tall and how much you weighed when you went in for round 2 he told me i didnt have enough fat for much of a difference for a 2nd BBL but my stomach is not as flat as I hoped after my tummy tuck so I thought I would be a perfect candidate I had a BBL also but very little fat transferred I think 550cc each cheek did he give you a hard time about doing a round 2?

I am 5 feet tall and for BBL round 2 I weighed 128. As you can imagine weighing 128 at the height of a mere 5 feet is considered very overweight, so I had accumulated so much fat. Also I was regionally an apple shape body so I carry a lot of fat on my midsection. Dr.francis didn't give me a hard time because I had so much donor fat.
