I am a 22 year old college student here in town. I heard about Real Self from a girlfriend of mine. She said to look up "Best Plastic Surgeon". Dr. Desai came up first on the list. I was hesitate to and super nervous to see him. I immediately felt comfortable after fist meeting him. He is so personable and friendly. He put me at ease immediately with his humor and charm.
