Things have been improving since I last posted. The big lump in my pics has shrunk considerably. I am hopeful with more time it will go away completely. Overall I am pretty happy with my results. However, I have to admit I feel like it is a bit asymmetrical. I may request a touch up. My left side (no lump) seems better then my right side (lump side). I am not sure if its related to the lump still present or if more fat needs to be removed...going to wait it out a few more weeks and see.
I posted a before & after picture with this update... regardless of my uncertainty at this time with the final results, i feel like it was certainly worth it.

So far so good, It's day 2. Minimal pain, and some swelling. I've been wearing my compression garments for the last 2 days, with it off maybe about 20minutes just to ice it. I'm very excited and it's very encouraging to see you and others post about your experiences.

You look so great!! I'm curious, did your dr recommend massaging your neck to help with the lumps/swelling? I just had my 2 week post op appt and this was recommended to me.

thank you so much. yes at my last appointment he did recommend massaging the lumps. I only massaged them a little, I think its time that has really brought them down. do you have big ones?

Sorry in advance the the length of this reply!! I know this sounds weird but it's kind of hard for me to tell what are lumps or just general swelling right now. I'm still numb on the surface and it's a weird sensation. I have a feeling when the swelling goes down more any lumps will be more defined. I just ordered a "facial jade roller" to use for massaging my neck. It's like a mini rolling pin with a smooth jade stone, it's used a lot in eastern skin care to gently massage the skin to promote circulation and the jade stone stays cool. I'm hoping this will be easier and more hygienic than using my hands throughout the day. Hope this helps!

things are improving, thank you. I feel like its still healing, the lump is shrinking and I am hopefully it will completely go away in time.

I took some pictures earlier so you can see how the healing is going. I don't have the jawline I always dreamed of but there is definitly some improvement. You can see the huge lump on one side that is still going strong. I think I am going to need a touch up on my jaw line as there seems like there is still too much fat there

hello. the lump is there still but has gone done a bit. I am hopefully with some more time it will resolve completely.. fingers crossed!
