Weird bruise/ stretch mark spot
abc2017November 3, 2015
WORTH IT$8,500
After I for home from work I noticed I had some mild pain in my right breast end noticed this bruise, stretch mark sport on the incision line is my right breast. The skin is rather thin on thr bruised area so I'm not totally sure if this is a bruise, busted blood vessels or a stretch mark. Any ideas RS'ers?

3 months Post op!
abc2017November 1, 2015
I am officially 3 months post op! I can't believe how fast time has flown by. They feel like they've always been a part of me. =) I am functioning normally now at home, work and at the gym. I was actively involved in crossfit until the day before surgery and took 6 weeks off. As of today, I am doing all the movements I doing pre-surgery. I am running, jump roping, rowing, doing kipping pull ups, toes to bar, deadlift, clean and jerk, overhead press, handstand push ups, push ups, etc... I'm still building up my strength and reps, but I'm just glad I'm doing all the movement again!
As you can see in the pics, I have not changed drastically, but you can see that they look softer and in my side profile pics you can see that they've dropped at the top and at the bottom quite a bit. Im curious to see how much more they will drop over the next few months. I hope not much because i like them right where they are! =)

How long till you could do pull-ups? I am 7 weeks post now and want to get back into crossfit again but tried pull-ups just on the machine and it felt so weird.

Yeah it felt weird for a while. I tried at 12 weeks and was much more comfortable and confident with my attempts. I can only do 3 kipping at a time, no strict PU's. Take your time. Definitely don't do it if it feels like it's pulling or stretching excessively. I started by hanging from the bar for a few seconds at a time. I'm still integrating ring rows as a precaution during the actual conditioning piece, but practicing pull ups after. You'll be back at it in no time.

10 weeks post op!
abc2017October 9, 2015
Well it's been 10 weeks and all seems to be going well. I don't feel like much has changed since week 8 which is probably a good thing. I hope i continue to move forward smoothly.
This was also my 4th week back at Crossfit and I am getting more and more stronger. I barely even notice they are there. I tried hanging from the pull up bar yesterday and felt fine, but didn't want to hang for too long. I am back to rowing, ring rows, snatches, kettle bell swings, burpees, box jumps, double unders, running, farmers carry, clean and jerks, deadlifts, modified push ups, handstand push ups, front and back squats, over head press, almost at my pre-surgery lifting weight (#'s). Finally found some fabulous bras that support the girls wonderfully... Moving Comfort- Rebound Racer.
My nipples are extra sensitive and somedays they feel like they are chaffed. I still feel like my right breast has more of tear drop shape, whereas my left is more rounded. Not sure if this is the final look, but either way... I LOVE THEM!
I forgot to take pics of the scars. I'll be sure to post them next time.

You look amazing and your scars are practically nonexistent. Nice!!!

They are very dull. In certain lighting they are more visible, but for the most part, they have faded nicely!! Thanks!! :)

You look fab!!! Your surgeon did an awesome job. Your before breasts look a lot like mine. I'm a 34D and pretty deflated due to age (50) and gravity. I've been trying different sizers and I really like the look of 310 cc's on my frame. Your after pics are the size I want. Anyway, thanks for sharing. You look great!

Thanks! I feel like the size is just right. When I've shared with some people that I got a lift and augmentation, I've been they couldn't tell. They look just right! Can't wait to see your progress. Have you scheduled a surgery date?
