How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Thought it was a good idea to post this to all.....

Thought it was a good idea to post this to all...There is lots of very strange stuff on Google about this practice, best idea is to seek out a local Shaman, go see and just get it done. Its like having your nails done or hair styled. You don't have to be an expert yourself, you just need it doing and you need to trust the practitioner. Job done. Soul loss is common, easy to fix by the right person. I see a woman that I don't actually know as a friend. She is doing the job in the next couple of weeks. :-) That, shopping and fruit smoothies should set me up pretty much. All areas covered. Can't be a balanced human bean if you are not firing on all cylinders! Happy hunting sisters [RS bleep]

Day 17 and here are my pics...I have such a bubble of happiness about it all, thank you everyone for your support, I am still a Realself addict!! I am really thrilled to hear from everyone everyday. For those who are struggling, give yourself time, you will continue to make the right decisions for you in your circumstances. You have done so well already. TIME TIME TIME!! [RS bleep]

Oh and on Friday, two weeks after my explant, I threw out all my bras! What a strange feeling, kind of sad. I tried a few of them on and sat in the huge cavern with my smaller, perter ones. Sad to see the electric pink one go, liked that one as it scooped my giant swinging udders into a nice bunch at the front, diminishing the look of side and back-fat that so often comes with an over stretched bosom. I may use it as a bed for kittens, or a plant holder? Or a catapult? I have yet to get new bras as I am still in compression bras...M&S post surgery version by the way..for another couple of weeks and am not sure of the size I will be. I have had more shrinkage as fluid and swelling reduces, but shape and skin changes. The grooves in my shoulder is looking less pronounced too. Its not been a 'walk in the park' this whole experience, but its been easier than I expected. My head is catching up and I am still grinning from ear to ear, this is genuine happiness, not strong painkillers! I feel better everyday. I am doing an hour each day on my exercise bike too, blood flow helps with healing and eliminates poisons. Worth a try. You might try some Shamanic soul retrieval as you will have lost some soul after a general anesthetic (your soul thinks you are dying) and will need to have it retrieved before you feel totally yourself again. You will have lost some after your first surgery too. Think about it. I promise I'm not a weirdo, I'm an ordinary working mum who knows stuff is all. [RS bleep]

Went back to where I had BA in 1999. He is so gentle of manner and did not make me feel misunderstood.
