I am extremely satisfied. I did not shrink drastically so people haven't really noticed a full transformation and that's what I wanted from the start. I didn't go down in size but my clothes fit me better, I've had to take my pants in about an inch at the waist ???? my thighs and hips are still the same size but my waist shrunk a bit... I spend more time in sun dresses than anything else because I'm in love with my shape.
I am still tender in the lipo areas and my doctor said it can take 4-6 months for that to go away. It's not so much a burning sensation like it was in the beginning but more like a soreness from intense workout when I move or touch those areas towards the end of the day... it's not a constant and it doesn't stop me from going about my day.

Looks great! Am one week post op with Dr Sterling for the same procedure and am also thrilled with the results already. I am amazed he was able to remove all my back bacon. Super anxious for a few more weeks to go by and get further along with healing.

I've gone to him twice, first a tummy tuck in 2016 and now back/arm/flank lipo and I feel like I look natural, I'm so glad I chose him.

I had the same back in 2012 with him also and was also happy with those results. You look great! How long did the lipo soreness last?

Thanks, the soreness was worse on my arms and that lasted about 2 months. My back and flanks felt tender the first few days but then it didn't hurt at all, it just looked bad because of all the bruises. Um just 6 months post OP and still swell a bit

I am so happy with my results, I wore my compression garment 24/7 for the first 2 weeks. By week 3 I was only wearing it while I was home including over night. I put it on by 5pm when I get home and take my shower and then take it off at 7am when I get dressed to go to work... I think after this week I'm gonna stop wearing it since I dont feel like it's really compressing any more and I'm lazy to get a size smaller.
My clothes definitely fit a lot better, I can see a much better silhouette which is what I wanted. I'm only 4 weeks post-op and still a bit swollen but I love my results, the burning sensation has gone down on my back although my arms still feel tingly when touched... All the incisions healed nicely and are not noticeable at all.

You look wonderful! I am getting lipo on my flanks in May, and I’m wondering how the skin around your flanks look now? I’m concerned with loose skin... did it tighten up around your flanks?

Thank you!!
The skin did tighten a lot. I wish I had before pictures with a bra only so I could show you how bad my rolls looked lol now my back is very smooth and there arent any bulges. I no longer feel like I have to constantly pull the back of my bra down to cover the rolls.
I used to be able to pinch about 2 inches of fat and pull them but now I cant grab anything at all... Im really satisfied with the way my back looks and how my shape looks altogether even tho i didnt get lipo on my hips but the flare out nicely :)

You look amazeballs. Your results are really good. Could you please let me know what type of compression garment you wore and of you used anything else underneath it? Thank you.

thank you mama! I just wore an under armour long sleeve compression shirt in a size small for the first couple of weeks then it bacame kinda lose but comffortable. I also wore spanx also size small, the kind that look like biker shorts all the way up to my bra. I tried wearing the faja salome but it was too uncomfortable and I was between sizes, the medium was not tight enough and the small was too tight and did more harm than good because it created a sort of bump on my right hip.
So, the spanks, a sports bra, and the under armour long sleeve compression shirt were enough for me and enough support all day and night, I had 2 sets of each so I can alternate and wash. I only took it off for about an hour for shower and massages. After 3 weeks I only wore the compression when I was home but didnt wear it for work 8hrs off, 16 hrs on). some people wear them all day and then take them off when theyre home but that didnt work for me, I spend more time at home so I should wear compression for the longest amount of time :) Now I don"t wear compression

I went to my 1 week follow up. So far, no real issues and everything is healing as it should. My arms feel as if there's a fire inside no matter what I do and they are really tight and sore. I still can't lift my arms past my shoulder height... anything passed that feels as if my underarm is going to rip. Aside from that, the bruising has gone down as well as the swelling. I did notice that my left side looks a lot smoother and even than my right. There are some bumps and tightness but I hope it resolves with massages. I am getting massages daily before bed for about 30 mins from hubby. He's been really supportive and real trooper through all my transformation. Anyway, here are some week 1 pics..
