Six month update!
Saw doctor Barrett today for the 6 month! Been working hard during quarantine on building the abs and diet. The results speak for themselves. Grit, persistence and Dr. Barrett’s hands do miracles!
Three week update!
Week three is here! Swelling is continuing to improve and pain is nearly gone. Haven’t taken any ibuprofen since week 2, no need. Tried on a swim suit yesterday and felt “complete” for the first time in my life. Tickled happy with the results, next update in 3 weeks.
Two week update!
The caring nurses at Dr. Barrett’s removed the blue stitches today and last drain. Elated with the results!
