WORTH IT
Okay so I had been looking into adding to my butt for a while. Dr. Stanton was the obvious choice. I had a phone consult almost a year ago but had to postpone procedure due to COVID for almost a year. I arrived in LA the night before surgery and got everything ready for the next couple of days. The day of the procedure I was scheduled for 7:00 and I was put under around 8:30 ish. Everyone at the clinic is super nice and friendly. Dr. Stanton is awesome, I was a bit taken a back by how chill and laid back he seems. We discussed the implants and the sizes. We aimed for the 500cc or the 400cc if pocket size didn’t permit the 500cc. Before I knew it I was out and waking up in the recovery area. Did not feel a thing and was actually super hungry and thirsty when I woke up as opposed to nauseous. I went home and only needed nurse Maud (who is the sweetest) for the initial 4 hours. RECOVERY IS NOT EASY, I honestly think that the pain is very manageable. I only experienced max a 6 on a 10 scale the evening after surgery. Once I took the medication it went to a 2. The hard part of this recovery is the lack of mobility. Be prepared to have a hard time getting dressed, standing up and to be bored. You will be on your belly 75% or more of your waking time and it gets boring, uncomfortable and annoying. The actual implants look big, I forgot to confirm which size we ended up going with but will ask. I started off with a great butt but wanted to go BIG BIG. I think they will look great once fully healed.

Life is about 80% back to normal. Still experience soreness (not pain) when I lay on my back or if I am very active. Still super tight and putting on shoes and tying laces is a pain in the butt (LITERALLY).

This 10 weeks. Present day updates coming soon. All in all the best surgeon out there and highly recommend for anyone thinking about it, was able to start working out as soon as the 8 weeks were up. You will feel the implants on some movements like crunches or bench press.

Looking great! I just got 420cc from dr stanton this month. I'm eager to start working out again. Did you start training your upper body sooner than 8 weeks?

Yes, I actually started doing upper body at around 5 weeks. Anything that would keep me off my butt, cables, dumbells etc…

Hi from Australia! Looking amazing bud! What size did you end up getting? Assuming these were the Stanton Anatomic implants?
