I went to him about 6 years ago for filler and he told me that I did not need a lift or any surgery at that time. Just went back this week for Juvederm and now I am looking at doing a full face lift and rhinoplasty. The Juvederm will get me through the holidays at least. I chose to have the injections without lidocaine and it was completely bearable, at lest for me. I have a bit of bruising on the left side of my chin, but I expect that.

Do you mind me asking how old you are? I know it will be different for everyone, but I would be curious at what point you decided fillers weren't cutting it anymore and it was time to consider surgery.
