I am a very small person I weigh 115 I'm 5'4 and measured at 12.5 so I couldn't fit a very large implant and that is why I went with the smooth implant. I was really interested in the sientra round textured but my Dr didn't recommend going any larger then 350 cc so I chose round smooth and was able to go a little larger. I had the surgery yesterday so I haven't even seen them yet. They don't look like they're super swollen I haven't taken the bra off because the dr said to leave it on unless I'm washing it so I'm waiting. I'm in a lot of pain even though I got the exparel shot that was suppose to help keep it numb for 24 to 48 hours. I wouldn't want to know what it would have been like without it because I'm in some Pain. I didn't sleep well last night. I am a side sleeper so sleeping on my back is difficult but I had a bunch of pillow to prop me up and my husband put some around me so I wouldn't roll. I did have to wake him to help me out of bed so I could use the bathroom. It is hard getting out of bed without using your arms.
The surgical bra looks a little strange the way the support is it makes my boobs look lumpy which freaked me out but when I undid the bra a little I discovered it just the different supports inside the bra.

day 2 is better

Today I'm doing a little better. I slept a little better last night. I only had to wake up once around 2 am to take a pain killer. I woke up around 5 am and had to move from bed to the recliner chair because my back was killing me.
I am in less pain today then yesterday but I'm still just laying around doing nothing because if I try to do anything it hurts. I am going to get out of the house for a bit because I'm getting my hair washed at my friends salon since I'm not aloud to take a shower until after my post op appointment on fri. 5 days is just too long to go without washing your hair.

Last night I did open up the surgical bra enough to see my boobs. They are very tight and a little far apart I'm really hoping that once the swelling goes down they'll look better. It's a little scary but I knew going into this that they can look weird at first but in a couple months they can change.
