Not Happy with the Results of my Lip Fillers. Totally Disappeared, Did Not Get the Results That the Doc Promised Me!!! - TX

i found this business through an online search, i was looking into getting lip fillers. They had a reasonable price so I made an appointment to get a consultation. I consulted directly with Dr. Malik Kutty and i have had lip injections twice before so I know about how the outcome should look. I told him I wanted to see a difference in my upper lip, I wanted them big and I showed him pictures of the desired look I had. He suggested I put half of the syringe in my top lip and half in my bottom lip. I told him I didn't know about that because I really desired to see a difference in my upper lip. He suggested they put 75% of the 1 syringe in my upper lip and then about 25% in my bottom lip. I repeatedly asked if you would be able to see a difference he assured me yes. He told me right after he starts the injection I would be able to see how the outcome would be, but then it would start to swell after about 10 minutes. So he showed me my lips before it started swelling and I could see a difference I said I liked them. When I left the office my family said they could not notice a difference in the size of my lips. I saw a tad difference so I waited for the swelling to go down to see if maybe it would change the appearance of my lips. After about a week the swelling went down, and now even in my own opinion my lips completely went back to the same size as they were before I paid $550 for this procedure. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager or Dr. Kutty about how this procedure did not leave me any results and if there is something they could do to fix it. The receptionist would not let me speak to the manager she said she would go ask Dr. Kutty about it. She came back on the phone and said Dr. Kutty could give me another syringe and could give me 20% off. That would make the syringe another $440. I told her I do not think I should pay for another syringe because I already paid $550 for 1 syringe and it didn't have any outcome, especially when the doctor promised me it would make a difference in the size of my lips which it didn't. I told her I would not pay another $440 because I feel like I've been robbed of the first $550 I spent. She said there was nothing they could do to help me. This is horrible customer service, when someone goes to a plastic surgeon they expect results, which I did not get any. The doctor couldn't even get on the phone to try to hear my frustration. If the procedure did not give the results that the doctor promised, he should fix it without making me pay for it all over again. Not happy with this surgeon's office, I have done this same procedure before and so I know the results I should have got!!!!
