I wish to proclaim my gratitude and respect for Dr. Jeffery Schreiber and his staff.
Prior to meeting Dr. Schreiber I went to a big chain hair transplant company. I'll just say I was not impressed. I felt I was treated impersonally like a number and wanted me in and out of there as soon as possible.
I initiated an earnest due diligence effort on the internet which brought notice to Dr. Schreiber based on his training, Johns Hopkins, awards achieved, published articles,
featured articles about him and his practice and previous glowing patient reviews.
My experience was outstanding! From the moment I met Dr. Schreiber for my initial
consult I was comfortable. He explained the procedure, he answered my twenty plus questions, perform a topical examination and made his recommendations.
I was able to deduce that Dr. Schreiber who not only possess incrediable competency but also a bedside manner to match. Not too many physicians can claim both sides of the equation. I left his office confident that he was the surgeon that I wanted to perform the FUE procedure.
The FUE procedure was long in duration 8:30 am to 5 pm but tolerable due to watching to two movies, and listening to my ipod. During the procedure Dr. Schreiber was informative, gentle, professional and demonstrated concern for my well-being. he worked constantly and side by side with his hair transplant team making sure everything went exactly as he wanted.
The next day following the hair transplant Dr. Schreiber called me at home to inquire about how I was doing and if I had any question and or concerns pertaining to after care. in addition, he provided me with his personal telephone number if I needed to call him. MOST IMPRESSIVE.
A few days later I examined the grafts and could see that the procedure was executed faultlessly.
In the next few months, my original hair had stressed out as I was informed it would, none the less, it was an emotional point in time. All I can say is muster your inner conviction and it will regrow in time. Maximum growth is achieved by twelve
to eighteen months.
With time my new hair grew as predicted providing me with a fuller and denser hairline and coverage at the crown as Dr. Schreiber had outlined.
For me it has been thirteen month since the 2000 grafts were transplanted from the back of my scalp to the crown and temporal areas of my front hairline.
No pain was experienced during after care. Sensory experience best described as a level 2-3 discomfort. No medication was required nor taken.
I am so pleased with my results. Its quite remarkable.
