I have always admired boobs (probably because I wasn't blessed with them) and have always wanted breast augmentation and even had a consult at 18 but talked myself out of it for so many reasons - cost, fear, being so young. Fast forward 17 years and I knew I was ready. Pregnancy really took a tole on my breasts - I was a small, but firm and perky, B before pregnancy, jumped to a full C during pregnancy, small D during breast feeding and then to barely a B after all was said and done...and they were so deflated! I go to the gym and take yoga classes weekly and I was able to get my pre pregnancy body/weight back but you cant work on your boobs and I just decided it was time! Time to put myself first again and just go for it. After all, I had been researching this for nearly 20 years!!! To say I was prepared and had done my homework is an understatement! I collected tons of pictures of breasts I loved and breasts I hated and researched a lot of surgeons in the area. Armed with my acquired knowledge of the procedure and an arsenal of photographs I went for my consultations and scheduled surgery within the month.
