How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

More issues....
I saw a side profile video of myself talking and was horrified. I had my husband take a video and the first photo is a still of what my chin looks like when I'm talking. Basically, my chin looks like it's talking upside down and has become a peninsula from the rest of my jaw and neck because all of the tissue around it is gone or tightened up. Second, is the new noticeable plasty bands after RF microneedling and Radiesse.
Radiesse and RF Microneedling
Dr. and I discussed different treatment options. I am game to have a neck lift performed to fix my neck instead of small costly ones over time. However, I won't be scheduling any elective surgeries until I am vaccinated for covid. I have to say it looks much better than before. Head up looking straight on always looks great. Looking down (deflation) and moving my head side to side (tightness showing Platysmal bands), not so much.
11 month daylight photos
Had an update appointment with Dr. He is not recognizing what is obvious in these photos. He said I have fat pads left under my chin, and he's not wrong, but won't admit to the loose skin, dimpling and ridging, which I think is due to aggressive chin lipo. We settled on Kybella. It looked ok while it was still healing and swollen because the swelling filled in the dimpling and uneven loose skin. After swelling went down after 5 weeks 0 improvement. Profile looks ok when head is up and straight, but we all don't live our lives with heads completely straight up all of the time. The view under my chin where he did Kybella there is no difference. When I look down my skin is puckered and loose. This whole situation is causing me quite a bit of distress. 1, because the result was 100% not worth what I paid. 2, because Dr either isn't seeing or doesn't wants to see the result. Have another appointment with Dr in a week but also going to see another surgeon for a second opinion.
