Lumiere Illuminating Eye Cream by NEOCUTIS

I am very excited to be chosen to test and review this eye cream. I had seen that this product was named a Best Beauty Buy by InStyle for 2019, so I was eager to get started.
My first impression of the product was the colorful aqua packaging. I like the container and the pump dispensed the right amount of eye cream. The product has a creamy texture and pleasant smell. It goes on smooth, feels silky and hydrating. I also like that it does not feel sticky.The product is supposed to boost collagen for brighter, younger looking eyes. The first ingredient is water, followed by Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride which is usually made from combining coconut oil with glycerin. It also contains PSP growth factors for anti-aging and to reduce the appearance of skin aging, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate for hydration, Glycyrrhetinic acid for brightening, caffeine to reduce puffiness, Bisabolol which is a soothing agent typically extracted from chamomile, and Vitamin C as an anti-oxidant, however the Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is one of the later ingredients.Here’s to younger looking eyes!I received this complimentary treatment through the RealSelf Insider program.

I’m enjoying this eye cream so far. It feels hydrating and works well with my eye makeup . I have not had any adverse reactions.
