He did not remove buccal fat - I have the same "jowls" as before

I went to Dr. Rosenberg years ago, with a lovely outcome. Although I had to do a procedure in his office after the surgery, as one of my eyelids was not like the other.

In January of 2019 in my 70's I had a lower face lift.

This time I was so disappointed. My neck looks alright. BUT, the Dr. did NOT remove the buccal fat and I have the same "jowls" as before the procedure. Sadly, my friends could not believe I had anything done.

A lower face lift should also remove any wrinkles in the lower third of the face. I still have mine! I didn't bother to go back to him, as he could not do anything about it.
