First Class Experience, Outstanding Facelift!

I had a lower face lift with Dr. Jabs in April 2022. I chose him because of his stellar medical reputation as one of the most experienced and best qualified leaders in cosmetic surgery in the DC area if not the nation, and he is affiliated with world renowned hospitals. My face lift results have been outstanding, and it gave me beautiful, natural results, which eliminated some jowls and a double chin.
The entire process went smoothly from start to finish, and each one of his team members is a polished, friendly professional. From the front desk administrators to the medical support staff, everyone is courteous, customer-focused and a pleasure to interact with. The office itself is beautifully decorated, pristine and spotless in every room, which is a reassuring reflection of the artistic skill and attention to aesthetic detail needed of a talented cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Jabs has an upbeat and warm personality and he took time to carefully assess the areas of my face to address, and he clearly explained to me the details of the procedure. During all the pre-surgery and follow-up appointments, he was patient and thoughtful with my questions. His fantastic LPN Tiffany and terrific coordinator Mariah were extremely kind and supportive before and after the procedure, answering my many questions and helping to coordinate medication, transportation, and various other aspects of the surgery. Additionally, the pre-operative nurse on the morning of surgery was very helpful with a great positive personality, and he calmed any of my nervousness about the anesthesia and the procedure.
Overall this was a first class, happy experience with excellent results, and Dr. Jabs will certainly be my go-to surgeon for my future cosmetic procedures.
