Excellence! Lower facelift & neck lift took 20 years off me

THE BEST EVER!! Not only the best place I have been to for a cosmetic procedure but literally the best treatment I have received in any medical atmosphere. Every staff member from the front office to the surgeon were caring, compassionate, and real. Real as in they treated me as an equal human and looked me in the eyes while talking, truly listened to what I wanted, and even the surgeon sat down to take time to hear my concerns. These acts of kindness are a lost art in the medical world and so many of us have become accustomed to arrogance and rushed services. If he could be my primary I would drive to Michigan, lol. They are patient and meticulous and my results are more than I imagined. I have the neck of the gods, the neck of Nefertiti, the neck... okay I'll stop but seriously my hour lift plus neck lift took 20 years off of me. My son says I look 8 years old, hahahaha love it!
