Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

3 Months Post Op
This is just a quick picture of my jawline. I am really glad I had this done, but I go back in 2wks to have my scars laser treated and will go ahead and do face/neck as well. Will post some videos of recovery soon.
A Detailed Account of my Facelift
I am 44 yo (3mo to 45 yo) who traveled from Texas to Florida to have the Evelift lower facelift and partial fat transfer in my upper cheeks. The focus was mainly in my neck area, my main concern of sagging due to genetic predisposition (my mother gave it to me). I am going to document here as I've always felt Real Salf is a safe place, where patients can give their personal perspective of the experience they had. Everyone is different - we heal different, have different pain tolerance, and aesthetic expectations.
Dr C and his team do try to paint a realistic picture of the Evelift and I appreciated that as I went through my journey.
Consult
Pre-op Facetime
Day 0 - Surgery Day
I arrived at the facility and was taken back for operative prep - vitals, a drug test, taking pre-op pictures, meeting with the physician and anesthesiologist (Dr Tzankis was amazing!!). The procedure was described again in detail and I was asked question about my comfirt level and other experiences good or bad, with anesthesia.
