My experience with Dr. Charafeddine at Eden's Plastic Surgery was truly exceptional. Introduced by a friend, I was drawn to the clinic after extensive research and witnessing remarkable results and reviews. Opting for the EVElift, I targeted areas that troubled me deeply: primarily my neck and jowls, which had been a source of self-consciousness and constant effort to conceal.

On the day of the procedure, Isabel, who handled my intake, was wonderfully supportive. She accompanied me to the suite at night and her care and knowledge were truly remarkable. The entire staff at Eden’s exhibited the same level of excellence and compassion throughout.

Remarkably, my recovery was swift and relatively painless. Anticipating pain, I was surprised to find none, with Tylenol proving more than sufficient. While there was tightness and swelling, there was no bruising, much to my surprise. The removal of the draining tubes by Dr. C the next day brought relief. Returning to my apartment in Miami the next night, I found myself able to manage alone. Resting and chilling is the main recipe for the days after surgery.

Despite initial sensations of tightness and numbness, my overall recovery was smooth. By the following Monday, I was seamlessly engaged in video calls without any noticeable signs of surgery. Hosting a brunch for friends just eight days after the procedure, no one suspected a thing. Returning to work after ten days, I seamlessly resumed meetings without drawing any attention. I even resumed teaching yoga after two weeks without any issues, relying a lot on my cueing and soft demos. Dr. C'harafeddine's skill and care left me thoroughly impressed, restoring the neck I had in my twenties and completely exceeding my expectations.

For future patients, I recommend arranging hair appointments prior to the procedure and avoiding no chip manicures since the index finger polish has to be removed for surgery . I recommend taking a week of gentle rest and gradually resuming activities thereafter. Additionally, investing in supportive items such as a neck brace and the Flawless Face Pillow can greatly aid in comfort and posture.

All in all, I can't say enough about how happy I am with the incredible results.

I had my lower face & neck lift, (hybrid) with C02 laser , 6 weeks ago.
I told Dr Charafeddine I wanted to look like myself without all of the excess skin in my lower face & neck.

I had my lower facelift, mid facelift, and fat transfer done three weeks ago. I couldn’t be more thrilled about the results. I’m in my 50s and I am from Houston Texas. I am a Makeup Artist in TX, so finding somebody who was Proficient in facial balancing and symmetry was important to me.
Let’s talk about the staff.. staff is 5 star, they have a 24 Hour concierge service if you are there client. The nursing staff, the anesthesiologist, and the front desk personnel are professional and efficient and answering any of your questions.
I stayed in the recovery suite immediately after my surgery and they had an on staff nurse named Mimi who was absolutely fantastic! She felt like family when I had left… I really wish I could’ve put her in my pocket and brought her home with me. She was a great caregiver. By the way, the recovery suite looks like an architectural design feature … Whoever decorated it did a fantastic job I felt so cozy there.
Now let’s talk about Dr Charafeddine. I came to Miami from Houston Texas, and had an in person consultation. Upon meeting Dr. C. He introduced me to the anesthesiologist and all the staff , the operating room and we went over procedures that I wanted to have done/considering.
Dr. Charafeddine was completely honest and straight to the point. He told me to leave certain areas alone, He told me what he would suggest that I have done. I am very thankful for this professional and his honest opinion. I had already interviewed six other surgeons. I felt completely comfortable with him, I love that he is conservative in the surgery room. I asked to look refreshed and rejuvenated. I did not want to look any different or change my features. He did exactly that! I am in my 50s and I wanted maintenance and something that would give me a non-facelift look but looking Rejuvenated.
After I left that surgery room, I felt wonderful! I was completely alert, I even did an interview two hours after my surgery. I loved that I did not have any bruises, I definitely was sore because this is a major surgery. However I could walk around my hotel, and nobody noticed that I had a facelift. I was not over pulled or windswept. My loose skin underneath my neck was tight like when I was in my 20s!
This man is an artist… I think there were many plastic surgeons out there and some or paint by number but this man he is a Picasso! You cannot go wrong with choosing Doctor Charafeddine and his skilled staff. I made the right decision and I will only trust him with my face! On a sidenote, I want to say that I saw many women coming in and out of there after surgery, and in the waiting room, and they all looked amazing! I even met one of his patients that was four months out and she looked spectacular as well.
If you notice, he post one of his clients if they allow them to show their images. He doesn’t post just his best work. He post everything. And there are a lot of surgeons out there that only post their best work. But they don’t post every single client that they have. This says a lot about his Consistency in the surgery room.

I consider myself conservative when it comes to cosmetic dermatology and facial plastic surgery but I have been thinking about some kind of face lift for about 5 years and made the decision that 2023 was the year to do it. Objectively I was aging well, due to excellent genetics and a very healthy lifestyle but time and gravity wait for no one. And I didn’t want to wait too long to have surgery because I was looking for subtle results and like the idea of minor tweaks along the way as a I age.
My search for the right doctor began with online research and I didn’t limit my search to the New York Metro area where I live. After reading about 100+ plastic surgeons online (websites, reviews, etc)I had Dr. Charafeddine at the top of my list; the consistent images of natural results combined with a flash recover were exactly what I was looking for.
In addition to Dr. C, I identified 2 other surgeons to interview because it was important to valid my decision through process of elimination. Every patient and doctor relationship must be one of open communication, trust and the patient must feel heard and seen as an individual. From the moment Dr. C. joined the Zoom meeting he was fully focused on me and my case; he listened to me and offered his opinion. Most importantly he didn’t spend time trying to “upsell” me on additional procedures that I knew I didn’t need. At the end of my call with Dr. C, I booked my surgery. My instinct that he was the right doctor was confirmed on the spot.
From the pre-op appointments to the day of surgery, through the week of recovery in Miami it all went like clockwork. The entire staff is professional, caring, organized, and truly care about the best outcomes for their patients.
Today, I’m back home and writing this review on day 11 since the surgery. Everyone who is aware of my surgery is floored by the results and healing process. I’ve been home from Miami for four days and I am ecstatic. I look like me, but the effects of gravity on my lower face & neck, and the loss of volume in my cheeks have been restored. I’m not interested in trying to look like anyone else or deluding myself into thinking that I can ever look 28 again; I just want to consistently look like me on my best day and now I do. I will continue to follow the post-op instructions, especially the nutritional program provided.

I sought out Dr. Ali Charafeddine because of his conservative approach to surgery, with minimal use of sedation and post surgical downtime. He was with me every step of the way and answered all of my questions with care and compassion. Dr. Georgia Tzankis was a wonderful and caring anesthesiologist and I felt very safe in her hands as well. I have some minor swelling and bruising, which is normal, and has been subsiding each day. I’m beyond happy with my results! Dr. Ali has the greatest staff.
