My ears are now deformed

Had lower face lift which was not done right. My ears are now deformed due to this. Dr Nagy said he could fix and I trusted him. 3 more surgeries later and the problem is worse. Severe scarring and pain. I went to another Dr for a second opinion and when Dr Nagy was advised of this he called me and then offered to try again for the fifth time, however he wanted me to pay $4500 for the Anesthesia. I do not feel that I should pay anything and I don’t trust that he could fix the damage after giving him so many chances
