I was referred to Dr. Dayan by my girlfriend who had nothing but positive things to say about her interactions with him and his staff. I took the time to review his website, read reviews, look at images, and compared what I learned from the sites of other physicians before setting up my initial consultation. In person, Dr. Dayan is even more impressive; he is very professional, very knowledgeable and he loves what he does! The consultation was thorough (and actually fun) and I left feeling fully prepared for my procedure.
The entire Avance staff is a lovely group of people. From my consultation to post-op, I was treated with exceptional care and attention from everyone. From the front desk team, to scheduling, to my surgical support group; the care was truly over-the-top. They enjoy working together and it shows. That dynamic creates a happy “vibe” that makes you feel very welcomed. It says a lot about Dr. Dayan to have such great team who, along with him, are committed to the best experience and outcome for their patients.
Achieving your desired aesthetic goals is paramount to Dr. Dayan, and you can tell once you meet him, you are not just a number. He showed such kindness and respect for me as a person, not just as a patient. I travelled from out of state for my procedure and Dr. Dayan and his staff checked in on me constantly. If I was concerned about anything happening during the healing process, doctor jumped right in and called or texted to touch base. Even on a weekend or evening.
As a side note, I really appreciated that nothing felt pushy or uncomfortable during the process. They made it easy, the pricing was extremely fair, and I never felt an ounce of pressure to proceed with the surgery, or any other procedure I had done. That just added to the wonderful overall experience. I am looking forward to continued healing (I am 90-days post-op as I write this review) and couldn’t be more elated with my results.
