Dr. Dayan was very knowledgeable and very attentive. He thoroughly listened to all of my concerns and offered honest feedback and solutions. He showed me articles and videos to better explain certain procedures. And I felt that he was offering me the best solution for my face and body. I just had botox done on this visit, along with the consultation on other procedures. I feel very confident about coming back for future procedures.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Dayan at Avance Plastic surgery 6 weeks ago and give Dr. Dyan and his team my highest recommendation for superb patient care and stunning results. I am 54 and this was my third breast procedure in 8 months for medical reasons- including a lumpectomy which left me with marked asymmetry, a completely disfigured areola, and considerable medical anxiety. From the start, Dr. Dayan and the entire team were exceptionally kind, professional, informative, and respectful. When I texted the office with a small concern regarding healing over a 3-day weekend, Dr. Dayan called me back within minutes to provide instructions and reassurance. I highly recommend Dr.Erez Dayan and the Avance Plastic Surgery staff! The care and treatment was stellar, I have never experienced such kindness and compassion in any medical office. I had Co2 laser treatment, a mini-face lift and an oculoplastic cosmetic ( eyelid surgery)procedure done. The pre-op and post-op care from both Dr. Dayan and his staff is none like I have ever experienced before. Dr. Dayan answered all texts and emails promptly himself, that was definitely a first for me. The staff goes beyond typical office care and politeness, the same applies to Dr. Dayan as well. My Co2 facial laser treatment was painless and showed immediate results as the skin sloughed off. I had spent hours as a teen baking on the beach in So. California smothered in baby oil, as a result my face showed the results. All of my brown spots and discoloration disappeared after the laser treatment and my skin was baby soft. My mini-face lift resulted in significant changes to my marionette lines and my sagging jowls. My double chin and turkey neck are now gone and I finally have a chin profile. I hated the deep lines and wrinkles around my mouth on both sides and couldn't be happier with that area now. My sagging eyelids runs in my family and mine were tremendous, somewhat affecting my peripheral vision. I can see clearly now and the results make it possible for me to finally wear eye makeup. Post-op I had a lymphatic massage with Blais Lewis which I had never had done before. The experience was so relaxing and assisted in removing toxins, swelling and edema. I am about 5 1/2 weeks out from breast reduction surgery and fat transfer, Lipo 360° with Body-Tight and CO2 Laser for my face. First and foremost, I must say that the care I have received has been stellar! I was surprised to see that Dr. Dayan answers all of my questions personally anytime of day and on weekends! I have never received care like this. Very impressed. On the day of surgery he and the anesthesiologist came in to answer any questions I had before the procedures. He also has answered my questions post-op when I came in for a lymphatic massage and I was not scheduled to see him. He’s patient and kind and the staff he chose is amazing as well!! Very happy with the breast lift and reduction as I wanted the girls to be perky but not fake. I definitely got what I asked for! I’m still healing but am happy with everything I had done. Dr Dayan is top notch and so is the excellent staff! You won’t be disappointed!!
