I am about 5 1/2 weeks out from breast reduction surgery and fat transfer, Lipo 360° with Body-Tight and CO2 Laser for my face. First and foremost, I must say that the care I have received has been stellar! I was surprised to see that Dr. Dayan answers all of my questions personally anytime of day and on weekends! I have never received care like this. Very impressed.
On the day of surgery he and the anesthesiologist came in to answer any questions I had before the procedures. He also has answered my questions post-op when I came in for a lymphatic massage and I was not scheduled to see him. He’s patient and kind and the staff he chose is amazing as well!!
Very happy with the breast lift and reduction as I wanted the girls to be perky but not fake. I definitely got what I asked for! I’m still healing but am happy with everything I had done. Dr Dayan is top notch and so is the excellent staff! You won’t be disappointed!!

I consulted Dr Dayan for gynecomastia caused by medication side effect. He explained in easy to understand terms the nature of the procedure and what to expect. He is an excellent surgeon with artistic skills and is attentive to details resulting in fantastic results in a pleasant and discreet office environment.

I had an emergency explant of a 20-year-old implant, and the doctor got me in within days. Don't let his youthful, handsome appearance fool you-he's incredibly warm, professional, and makes you feel at completely at ease. He even texts you personally if you have concerns.

The office is beautiful and spotless, with a relaxing Asian spa-like-vibe. The staff is amazing-so friendly and kind. My procedure was quick, painless, and even enjoyable thanks to the friendly conversation throughout. I went home with no drains, no pain, and was running errands that same day.

I later realized the doctor is also a highly published author and expert in his field. My healing experience was night and day compared to friends who've had explants in Vegas and Arizona. They explain going through hours of procedure time and months of healing. Consider yourself lucky if you live in Reno and need a procedure done. Dr. Dayan is very talented. My main concern was to treat the fine lines and wrinkles on my face and brown spots from sun damage. Already having a good skincare routine and prior treatments of Hero BBL laser in the past, he took my skin to a whole new level!

If you’re like me, no doubt you are currently doing your homework. I sure did. I can’t tell you how many hours I put in looking for the best. Thankfully I found Dr. Dayan.

A little background: I’m a 60 year-old male in good shape and just wanted to look as good as I feel. Had a neck lift, mini facelift, fat transfer, a deviated septum repaired, and a rhinoplasty to remove a nose hump. In other words I got the works. I’m 2 months post-op, so a bit more healing left, but the results are amazing.

Everything you’ll read in the reviews about Dr. Dayan and his team is true. Incredibly well educated/trained (see bio), as good as there is technically/artistically, greatest bedside manner (listens carefully, empathetic), and fantastic follow-up care (visits, all texts answered promptly, phone calls). Couldn’t ask for better.

In short, I can’t recommend him highly enough. Do yourself a favor and go for a consult. I have no doubt you’ll come away impressed.

Dr. Dayan is the best plastic surgeon in all of Reno or Sierra Nevada region. He's on top of the newest advancements in technology and highly knowledgable about liquid rhinoplasty (nose job using fillers). It took 30 minutes and there is no down time. I love my perfect nose now! Hurts less than botox. He has the eye for shaping the nose perfectly to fit your face. Also provides the best advice on how to use botox and laser refracting to slim and keep you youthful. The space is immaculate and sleek, exactly how you would expect a luxurious medical spa to be. On par with Beverly Hills and Upper East Side New York doctors.
