Like most people when I made the decision to get a Mommy Makeover I had no idea where to start or what questions I should ask. So what did I do? I'm a visual person so my research looked something like this... An internet search for mommy makeovers in Reno NV and that's where me going down the rabbit hole started. I obsessively clicked on every plastic surgeon link that popped up and immediately went to the gallery and looked at photo after photo analyzing before and afters. My best friend had this surgery in 2013 and sadly it was botched. To me these pictures were everything and a great starting point. I mean that's the where you see the real results, right? Finally, I narrowed it down. I was going to call Avance Plastic Surgery to get a consult. I couldn't believe it I was finally to this point so the phone started to ring....the women who answered the phone was very professional she told me about the consult fee and how it's no refundable but you can put it towards a service if you don't go through with the surgery. Fair enough, I thought. I had worked for Dr's in the past so this made sense. That's when the anticipation started. I mean this was really happening, I remember making a list of questions I'd ask at my consult. I couldn't believe that the ball was really starting to roll on this dream I had for sometime now. I mean I had for kids I knew I was done having children and I had done lots of work up until this point to lose weight and really get serious about a healthier but sustainable life. Fast forward to consultation day. I arrived at the office was greeted with smiles and an upbeat staff I just remember thinking wow this place is beautiful, clean and the staff seem happy. Shortly after my husband and I were put in a room and I was given a robe told to undress and that the Dr. would be in shortly. Let's remember i'm a mom I'm used to lots of appointments where there's not much privacy when it comes to your body and exams are necessary.... my husband on the other hand was anxious to say the least. Shortly after Dr. Dayan comes in and introduces himself he was very professional and talked about alot during that consultation. He asked me questions that I hadn't even considered honestly. He was a wealth of knowledge and spoke so calmly and was upbeat you can tell he was passionate about his work, he shared his educational background and past and current experiences with us regarding this procedure that he determined I was a good candidate for. He explained that a mommy makeover consists of three surgeries; Either a breast lift or implants, a tummy tuck and also liposuction. He reminded me that getting done locally was a wise choice because that meant your Dr. was close by when it came to follow ups or for anything whether it be good or concerning which made sense. Who wants to get a procedure done out of town or state and the possibly of needing something and you can't get back there in a timely fashion or worse without spending even more $$$. After we were done we went back to the waiting area and waited for Ritu who would talk to us about $$$. Ritu was also professional and informative. We received the quote and were told about the different financial options. At no point did we ever feel pressured. We only felt informed which was comforting. I remember when we left my husband turns to me and says I don't think we need to go anywhere else and I wholeheartedly agreed! A week later I called to schedule the surgery. Surgery Day, so much nerves but also excitement. I was prepped and taken back to the room. That went well! Went home after and started the recovery. For me that looked like 3 weeks of taking it easy. During that recovery I managed the pain well and reached out if I needed refills. Dr Dayan and staff never made me wait long for that, they were on it. I do wish the lymphatic drainage treatments were done by someone with more experience and my a massage therapist for what the package cost.To add, I did have the drains for a lot longer than most patients, I did understand that for my situation it was necessary. At my 5 month follow up there were some areas that the Dr addressed and took care. Thank you for that Dr. Dayan! Fast forward almost a year later and I look back now and feel blessed by this journey. I'm so in LOVE with my body and the results. When I do start to nit pick I quickly correct that behavior and remind myself that no one is perfect and I look stunning compared to what I brought to that initial consultation! I wish every women who needs this could get this done and I truly feel blessed by this opportunity and wanted to share that with anyone looking to get this done. Dr. Erez Dayan is truly the best of the best. I am now about 8 weeks post op from a scar revision surgery for the breast. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 and underwent a mastectomy with reconstruction. I was left with unsightly and painful scars by another local plastic surgeon. I allowed that prior surgeon to attempt to treat the problem with no success. I consulted with a total of 4 local plastic surgeons and was given all kinds of answers, like we can’t treat that or you will need to undergo general anesthesia or simply go back to you original provider. Dr. Dayan is a wonderful doctor who understood all of my concerns when I asked about a mini-facelift & mini-neck lift. I look great and not overdone or too tight, which is was my biggest fear. His team is super helpful with all my questions and after surgery provided support through the next few weeks when I was recovering. I highly recommend him for any procedure you are considering as he is the best.

I had been considering surgery for about seven years and had consultations with two other prominent plastic surgeons in town. Even after meeting with them, I still felt hesitant and unsure. However, after meeting Dr. Dayan, I immediately knew I had found the right doctor. One piece of advice I would give to others considering surgery is not to rely too heavily on random pictures you see online or on social media. Meeting with the right surgeon and having an honest consultation makes all the difference. I’m very grateful I chose Dr. Dayan and would absolutely recommend him.

10 year-old came in for scar revision of her lip. This had been present for about two years and Dr. Dayan was able to decrease the size enough to wear it is not noticeable when she smiles. I really appreciated his interaction with my child as well. It was calm and genuine which is helpful for anyone, especially a young person who is somewhat concerned about what would be a first medical procedure. I could see the setting effect this had for my kid. I’m sure it would have been one of the most minor procedures in Dr Dayan’s capacity. It was helpful for a concerned 10-year-old though

I am a mother of three and after my third child I had lost a lot of volume in my upper breast. I recently had a abdominoplasty with liposuction with Dr Dayan. It's been a smooth and fun journey. I am currently on week 4 post op! The office staff is the best! They all make a great team and have been so helpful the entire time. The best part is that I had and have NO PAIN! I was off of my pain medication day 3! He is the best plastic surgeon in town!

Dr. Perez and his team are exceptional. His attention to detail is exquisite. He is a perfectionist. His staff are very knowledgeable and kind. He performed a breast lift, radio frequency liposuction, the Morpheus 8 radiofrequency collagen enhancer on my face and neck, and an upper blepharoplasty. After the first day of surgery, I no longer needed pain medication. Switched to Tylenol. Within 1 1/2 weeks, I looked and felt 10 years younger. Almost all of my bruising and most of my swelling had disappeared. I will be referring all of my friends and family to him!
