As I close in on retirement, I wanted to get rid of my wrinkles and look more youthful. It's almost time to really enjoy life. Most of my wrinkles are gone or almost gone, but I have been left deformed. One side of my lip is much higher than the other. Dr. Salzman's fix is I can pay for more procedures to fix HIS errors. He acknowledged that he spent too much time in the area above my lip, thereby causing the scar that in turn caused my lip to seize up. If I were asking to do more enhancements, I would understand paying for more; but I am asking him to fix his error. I would rather have my wrinkles back than to be deformed.

Your wrinkles do look so much better, it's a shame that he messed up your lip. He should fix it for free if he cares about his reputation! I wish u luck and hope everything turns out in your favor!

After my visit with him today, I am now hopeful! I will post pics when complete. He has given me a game plan and I now have faith!

I think he should fix this for you as well without a charge. Your skin does look fantastic but your lips were nice before this and I understand you being ticked off.

Thank you Eddy1963 - after my visit with him today I feel much better about what the outcome will be. I promise to post final pics and hopefully by that time I will be inspired to actually make myself up and smile! :)

A person can never smile enough. What type of laser resurfacing procedure did he do? Was it several over a certain time span?
Glad you were able to talk with him and feel better about moving forward jaynjan. For sure let us know!

It was a profractional full face laser procedure, done all in one appointment under general anesthesia. Fortunately, I work from home so the downtime really was short, about five days. I was unable to actually leave my house for about two weeks and unable to go out in the sun for about two months. I have a video of 6 hrs after the procedure but it's really bloody and I don't want to scare anyone. :)

Dr Salzman's Office responded

A rep from Dr. Salzman's office saw my review here and did respond that they did intend to make this right. I have an appointment today for the first of what may be 4-6 treatments to fix the lip. I will post here again, once resolved. I will also post a picture of the finished lip once done.

Very happy for you, I know how awful this experience must have been for you. Please do update, will look forward to seeing the results and knowing you're happy - you're already gorgeous, your skin looks great. Happy to know the doctor is doing the RIGHT thing (now).

Thank you :) I am going to post final pics when done. I might actually even be smiling - I sure hope so! He did make me feel a whole lot better about it today. It turns out I was misinformed by one of the nurses in his office regarding his intentions.

It would have been a moral crime if this doctor did not fix your lip at no cost. You are a beautiful woman who looks even better since the laser procedure, and once he fixes your lip....you will be Wowza!!
