WORTH IT
This was a miracle. It took away almost all of my sun damage on my chest in just three sessions. I feel like a new person. 100% worth it. I will continue to get these as maintenance now. I was so self-conscious of my sun damage before.

Do you know what settings were used? I had three with no results on one of the highest settings, for matting.

so i just had IPL on my chest...and my chest is also improving dramatically. Looked worse than her photos above. I tested the Excel V on two spots on my face..and am happy

I found that Excel V is excellent for redness & broken capillaries, but for me it did nothing for my pigmentation after 4 attempts. Ipl was better for pigmentation but not so good for redness & broken capillaries/ Rosacea
