Hi all, I am a 35 year old mother of 4 and had my first child when i was 15. I have never been able to wear a real bathing suit due to stretched skin and stretch marks. Most people ask why I want to get this surgery but they don't see what I see when I take me clothes off! I just want to correct the things that I can and gt my body back! I am still researching and trying to figure out doctors and procedures but joining this site has been a great help. Right now I am only interested in a tummy tuck but I am also considering a BBL. I just don't want a really big booty, more projection, but natural looking. We will see!
I have my first consultation scheduled with a PS here in Lafayette for 09/18 and I have also contacted Dr. Robles in DR. I am open to any advice! I've read a lot about some really good PS in the Houston area which is only 3 hours from me but I would prefer to stay local if I can due to family obligations and all.

First quote from Dr. Robles DR
HI! Well I sent pictures and received a response from Laura @ Dr. Robles and I'm surprised at how quickly she got back to me. She quoted me TT, BBL and lipo. Pricing is GREAT! Only thing is, now I'm nervous. Have any of you ladies had doubts or anxiety when actually making the decision to proceed with the surgery?
Also, any of you ladies that have gone to DR- did you stay the full 10 days and how was recovery. All in all, was it worth it??

Iron and decisions...
So I had my CBC done and hemoglobin is 11.4. Laura with Dr. Robles says I need to get it up and I have noticed that on a lot of profiles and reviews. Is it difficult to get up? I'm wondering if I can just take iron 2 months prior to surgery instead of a daily regimen. What do you ladies think??
Getting closer to deciding on a firm date. I'm hoping 2nd to 3rd week of February. I don't want to wait until the kids go on spring break because I want the surgery done way before then. Checking the calendar to see if there are any ladies going to DR around then.
