Teyoseal Ultimate 3 - AGAIN!
I had my first Teyoseal Ultimate 3 treatment in early July. I was so pleased with the results that I had professional photography the following week.
It has now been nearly 3 months. I didn't have cheekbones before! Now I do. I like what I see in the mirror. Makeup application is much easier. I definitely look less tired being both 64 (now) and having lost all the weight.
As I left my first appointment, Tanya suggested touching up the cheekbones, and doing the marionette lines. I was also intrigued by Redensity 11 for under the eye.
Today was the day to do both.
This undertaking is NOT a walk in the park. Don't expect to go back to the office or store unless you can close the door. Ultimate 3 is a big molecule that takes a big needle. Redensity 11 under the eye is not painless, despite my freezing. At one point I gasped and lurched forward, and that did NOT go over well. Deep breathing definitely helps.
The results are obvious immediately and are dramatic. Speaking plainly, although there is still some jowling, I've accompished most of what I'd hoped to do with a facelift - and more. I was quite shocked at the difference the further plumping of my cheeks, cheekbones, marionette lines, and the Redensity made. No bench presses or major cardio for me today, and yeah, it stings like the dickens. But it's a fraction of what's involved in a face lift.

I chickened out on my facelift. It would have been my second one. My friends told me not to do it; that it wasn't necessary. I also started having nightmares - emotionally, I just wasn't prepared.
In addition to being a newly minted senior, have lost about 15% of my body weight and a lot of fat. Although I am an expert with cosmetic application, I was at the point where it was an uphill battle that was very frustrating.
I went to Tanya at the Lotus Spa at Dr. Hynes' facility in Hamilton, Ontario with an open mind, but really wasn't sure what to do.
I observed that if my cheekbones were lifted just a little, the haggard look was reduced. Hey - I'm 64! but the difference was palpable. Was this possible?
Tanya introduced me to a relatively new technology that is from Europe. Teosyal Ultimate is a large-molecule filler designed for larger areas. Finer molecule fillers are best for delicate areas like the lips and eye troughs; this is for big areas and broad stokes. The 3 cc was actually more economical than using individual fillers.
Tanya injected me along the cheekbone lines, and also into the center of my cheeks. A small dab was applied at the corners of my mouth - and then we ran out. Botox on my chin (a curious line forming there) and also on my crow's feet.
Whole thing took about an hour.
Teosyal Ultimate is placed deeper than conventional fillers. It is also supposed to last longer. Tanya recommended a smaller needle, but as I have a high pain tolerance and not particularly enthused about a drawn out session, I went with the needle that came with the kit. Yes, it hurts. I had no issue with this, but if you are sensitive, you might want to have a discussion in advance. It's been two days and it is still quite tender.
No worries.
What I thought was impossible without major surgery is staring me in the face. I am still getting over the fact that I now have cheekbones. It exceeded all my expectations. Just like in the before-after photos. My jowls and marionette lines are still there, but they have definitely been softened. I feel more confident, and am no longer troubled by what I see in the mirror.
Tanya recommended waiting a month and then coming back to work the Megan Fox cheekbones for fine tuning, again with Teosyal. Depending on my budget, it is most definitely a priority.
