I got a quote in mid 2013 and was skeptical about getting a hair procedure. i went in for a free consultation and it was also a open house and i had a few hundred dollars credit towards my procedure if i wanted to go forward with it. when i first met dr diep he took me into the surgery room to see the process being done and i got to speak with the patients as they were eating their lunch. i decided in 2015 on mothers day weekend that i was going to do the fue method which i prefer because i wear my hair short .. dr die honored my few hundred dollar off and i was a quoted at 2500 grafts fue. he went a little over and i paid the difference.. i got my frontal done. so i needed to wait another year to get another fue treatment done. this was 2016 mothers day weekend i got another 2500 grafts done and he went a little over and i paid the difference . I'm already at 5000 plus grafts and this past weekend may 7 i just got another 1500 grafts and he went over by 300 and i paid the differece . i am extremely happy with my results and feel that dr diep knows what he is doing . you can tell he is booked up and he at most days have 2 patients a day so that shows that he does everything by hand and doesn't use a neograft machine . his work is like art.
