I'm booked in February with dr Grigoryants
I emailed him my photos and he wants to narrow the tip and remove the bump. Also make the nostrils smaller.
I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing but I've always wanted to refine it my nose
I'm worried I won't like it or it could go wrong
I'm thinking of going in to see him in person before my surgery to make sure we are on the same page.
I've noticed that a lot of his noses are small and up turned I'm hoping he can follow my direction as I only want a slight turn up and not so small it doesn't fit my face
I have seen a lot of happy ladies who have had their noses done with him so that gives me more confidence in him
Love to hear real self members opinion on this and your experiences
Thanks

He's not a very conservative doctor. I would definitely go and talk with him before you schedule to see if you are definitely in the same page . Uou have to like his style for YOUR nose , not what looked good on your friends. just putting my two cents because I'm in the same boat as you , wanted conservative although I seen him do nice noses, just not right for what I want

his noses also have a very slight slope- all of the ones i've seen. I like the fact he does them closed, but even I am contemplating (i'm out of town) that will he be able to do a straight high bridge, and only a slight upturn. I don't know..... doesn't seem his style

Ensuring clarity makes sense to me! What's the healing process look like? Will you be out of commission for awhile?

Keep us posted on how you're doing! You're looking at Feb. 2016, correct?

You nose looks great already, it suits your face. I wouldn't touch it. It's not worth the mental stress that you have to go through to get a minor change. If there's one thing I have learned from my surgery, it's that no one pays attention to your nose. It's your decision to go for surgery in the end but make sure you are mentally strong to deal with the change :) if you have any question feel free to contact me. I have been through the process and I personally don't believe that it was worth it.

Hi I'd be interested to know your story regarding this

I got a nose job four months back. Like you a wanted a subtle change as well. And seems like that's what I got. but I still look different and I am having a hard time getting use to the new look. It has left me in depression. I wish I had never touched it.

In the end, I would leave it in the doctor's hands. He does not have a cookie cutter nose. Not all of his noses are real small. I think he is a miracle worker from what I have seen from his work.
