This bit also dips down way lower than my nostrils now. It's looks strange from the side. I didn't have this before my rhinoplasty. I didn't have a lot of issue I have now before my rhinoplasty. I'm worried my nose will continue to get worse, it seems fined initially but then the issues started to creep in.

Thanks for updating your review after all these years. It's nice to be able to get follow ups years later to see if the person is actually still happy with results etc...We usually just see a review where they are happy and love it and never come back to update and just assume they are still happy years later and thats not always the case.Im so sorry that this happened to you. He should definitely be following up with you and trying to help like he said he would. Did he give any reasons why this happened to your nose after all these years?

It happened about two years after the initial operation. It just took me a while to be able to talk about it publicly/online. All of my family and friends are horrified that this was the final outcome. He said I had to have professional photos of my most taken and sent to him. I don't have a professional camera, nor am I going to go to a photographer and tell them the story and have them take them, I would feel so vulnerable and ashamed.

Can no longer breathe out of one nostril, my nose constantly leaks. Plastic Surgeons here in Australia are absolutely shocked. I have emails from Dr Vladimir stating that he would pay for flights back to him to “fix it” then when it came to following through with that, he did not.

Yes we've had a lot of emails exchanged but he didn't follow through on the things he said that he would.
