Lackluster experience, service needs improvement.

I re-read my original review and I wanted to rephrase some of what I said because it was out of anger. Yes I was upset about the pricing and I do not think the customer service was adequate, because the receptionists did not try to help. They told me something that was false and made-up.
The doctor was overall nice and tried to be helpful in answering my questions, but I didn't see much improvement. I do think it was worth my time so that I could find out what works and what doesn't. I won't necessarily be mad if the treatment didn't work, but I was upset about the service.
